Thank you for sticking around during the tough times Piller. A lot of people don't realize it but you sacrificed a lot to help this community when it was going through a slump. A lot of people just gave up when we required any type of effort on their part and you never did which I respect greatly. Thank you for all you have done for this community.

Oh yeah I'm having us deal with workplace drama on Faction Wars.

Due to have a very limited range of statistics we can use for this system a minimum range will give us less flexibility. All a legendary does is provide you a higher chance of getting a higher roll. If there were most stats we could use and a higher range then sure but not probable with a system like ours.
