  1. It's that time of the day, where I say goodbye to state. I loved being on state trooper, the training was great, the community was very open towards each other, I had support from my fellow state members. In general, It was some good memories, but I've noticed my decrease in activity as I'm mainly focusing on PD. I feel Like I clog up the roster with inactivity when It could be replaced with another better trooper. Thank you for all you've done in my short time as state, thank you for the experience. I'm sad to leave, but I won't forget the friends I've met being a Trooper. I'm sorry for this and I hope there won't be any bad blood. Best regards, Dan.
  2. Note to self: Don't make a dare with Munchies anymore
  3. @Munchies1 My itchy twitchy girl, I think you are so nice, I give you bowls of porridge and I give you bows of ice-cream. Love, Dan.
  4. Name: Dan/Solois ------------------------------------------------------- SteamID: STEAM_1:0:85809578 ------------------------------------------------------- Current rank: Sergeant Major ------------------------------------------------------- How long you have been in your rank (The rank you currently are): 3 Weeks ------------------------------------------------------- Rank Wanted: Lieutenant ------------------------------------------------------- How many warns do you have?: 0 ------------------------------------------------------- Do you have a Working mic?: Yes, I do ------------------------------------------------------- Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): None ------------------------------------------------------- Why should you be promoted?: Honesty Being an Honest officer, facing problems head-on and admitting to your wrongdoings not only shows that you're Mature but shows your Honesty and Integrity as an Officer. For as long as I've been an Officer, I have continued to be an Open and Honest individual about What I've personally done wrong and How I could improve, as well as what other officers have done that was not satisfactory, not to cause anger or distress, but to guide them on the correct path. I have tried to share the message of "Honesty is the Best policy" to Improve respect towards each other and to create a bond of Trust and Friendship between every officer. Commitment Commitment and Dedication towards my Job as a Sergeant Major in the Rockford Police Department has been shown in many ways, both seen and unseen. From the writing down of complaints and recommendations in a little notebook to help me in an investigation or a possible promotion of another officer to the time I put into Supervising my Units. My commitment towards Rockford Police holds a very strong Bond, dedicating countless days and hours towards helping my Units improve in general Field Work and Performance, as well as actively training Cadets and-or supervising Corporals who decide to give Training a Try (With Permission from a Captain), giving aid and feedback towards the end of the session if needed. No matter how long or how unreasonable, making sure my Officers act Appropriately both on duty and off duty is very important to keep up Professionalism and Reputation. Positive Attitude Even in tough times, popping a smile every time I go on duty has been a strong point for me, it's been a way I could keep the air Happy and Fun. I believe my Positivity is a key part of me as an Officer, having the ability to share my willingness and eagerness to do better has really improved my Attitude Critical Thinking In hectic times, the ability to stay calm and ensure the safety of my fellow officers is crucial. Making decisions about the life of officers or civilians get made on a daily basis, at these time's you only have yourself to make a choice. I believe I have the ability to Prioritize, think fast and act accordingly even if it risks my own life. The health and security of my fellow officers mean just as much to me as my own life, at times prioritizing them over myself. Communication Communicating with others in a Calm, friendly and respectful manner will go a long way, therefore I follow the same principles talking to Officers from any Rank or department as well as civilians. Following the saying of "You have to respect to be respected" comes into play in Any situations, whether it be on or off duty. Keeping the Friendliness in my tone and the respect in how I act has been key to my progress within each rank. Acting and communicating as professionally as I can to ensure a safe and fun environment for my fellow officers and Cadets who want to be out on the field, explaining the skill and knowledge of the rules and regulations of becoming an Officer in a clear, patient and understanding tone, ensuring that the cadets I train are a Valuable addition to Rockford Police. Ability to Inspire Inspiring my fellow officers to do an exceptional job whilst on duty, giving simulations of situations to those who need and want it. The situations I set up have been a fun and clear way to show the correct approach to deal with different situations, ranging from Radio use, traffic stops and gun training. Officers who are chosen to partake in situations have been hand picked by myself on how they do out on the field. This, in turn, makes officers much more knowledge about different procedures. Not only do I do these training sessions, giving positive recognition if an officer is doing satisfying work with a quick "You did * well, keep it up" or "I liked how you handled the * situation" this not only makes an officer Proud and Happy but hopefully Inspire them to keep up the great work they are doing. Sense of Humor I'm serious when I have to, I'll have a laugh every now and then to lighten the mood. Having small talk or having a bit of fun now and then is a good way to have Officers come back, making sure Rockford Police are serious Officers who don't mind having a quick chuckle makes for a better and enjoyable experience for every officer and civilian. ------------------------------------------------------- You agree that complaining or breaking any rules put down by High Command will result in your complete removal from PD Command(Yes/No): Yes
  5. In-Game Name: Dan SteamID: STEAM_1:0:85809578 Rank: SNR Trooper How is your activity on the server? I believe I'm very Active, trying to balance PD and State Any questions/issues/concerns? Not at this time. Questions: What is something that we can do to increase the activity within State Department? We just need more Officers in my timezone, when I'm on, I'm just the only state. Therefore I'm on PD More Are there anything you would like to see for State Department? (What can we do to improve the future of the State Department" I would love more officers online + Driving tests, as Most state troopers (Myself) do alot of traffic stops, therefore I believe state should apply driving exams.
  6. - Support The way you handled criticism and being "disliked" shown in your (What do you really think of me) as well as the deleted post of your reply to your application shows that you take Opinions and Thoughts of others that are trying to help you in the long run, to a level of Immaturity and Childishness which really brings out your lack of professionalism. We have officers covering most Timezones, if the majority of people in the Active parts of the timezone stated you aren't active on PD then I would also have to say that you aren't active for my timezone either. And no, I don't dislike you from what I said. Best wishes, Dan.
  7. Though when you are online as SM, I do see you help out other officers, making sure everything is in line in a professional matter. Not much so training Cadets. Though as stated, the effort you put into the Application gives off a feeling that lacks the Passion and Energy required for LT. Best wishes, Dan.
  8. Sorry to burst your bubble, but you made an Application Saturday. And the application is still open. THIS
  9. + Support This would be an awesome idea!
  10. Oh and, didn't your other application get denied on the same day? They both look very similar. Link
  11. What is your in-game name?: Dan (Mostly SM Dan) What is your steam name?: Solois / Dan What is your steam ID?: STEAM_1:0:85809578 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) If you count the Minecraft Server I was Moderator on about two years ago, Yes. But no I do not have any experience as staff on Garry's mod. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) Around the same time that I made my forums account (June 15th 2018) What date did you make your forums account? June 15th 2018 Current rank on the server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? VIP+ How many warns do you have on the server? After checking !warns, I currently have 0 Warns. Have you donated? Yes I have, a total of 20. What rank are you applying for? Trial-Moderator Have you read the staff guidelines at ? You will be tested on it: Yes I have read the Guidelines, as well as keeping it Open. Timezone: UTC +07:00 Permission (Admin+ need this): None Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I haven't been on the Server for that Long, but for the one month that I've been on, I've had such a Great time with the people, the roleplay, and General Community. Therefore I wanted to Improve my standings with the server, giving back what it gave me to this day. But I know I couldn't give much Money-wise, I thought, perhaps, I could try to at least help out the community. And for that reason, here I am creating a Trial Moderator Application. Now, why do I believe that I deserve this Rank? My Maturity, I believe being Mature is a key Skill to have while Staffing as it gives you a Professional outlook on situations that require your final thoughts to determine a Punishment or Not. And I'm positive that my Maturity will be a Benefit to my knowledge of how to deal with Situations that Require Critical Thinking. My Respect and Kindness, Being mature can only get you so far without your Respect and Kindness towards the Community. My respects for others shows in how I treat them, both out of Character and in Roleplay situations, referring to higher-ups as Sir or Ma'am, and other users with their First name. It also shows in the way I message people, Adding Excuse me, Regards, Etc. I believe this also shows my sincerity and kindness to those I'm talking to. My Activity, I'm also active on the server as much as I can, having at least 3-5 Hours playtime per day at a bare minimum. Though as my timezone states, I'm in Indonesia time, it may be a twelve-hour difference, I may be inactive for you but that could mean It's 5 A.M for me. My Guidance and Support, why become a staff when you're not planning on supporting people? I spend most of my days as an Active PD Supervisor for Training and Field Duty until a Commanding officer comes on, you might also see me answering questions in chat from time to time. I believe I'm a reliable person to go to for Questions and overall support. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If this instance (Mass RDM & Cursing at staff) happened at the same time, first I'd either drag or !bring the user currently RDM'ing to a rooftop of a nearby building, away from other users roleplaying. Which I will Proceed with questioning, "Why were you RDMing?" "What was the purpose of that?" Now if the outcome of doing that was the user opening fire towards me, I would !jail them to stop the shooting. If they continue with Swearing in either Voice/Chat I would make sure he knows that Swearing at staff counts as Staff Disrespect "Let's not start swearing at staff alright" If he continues with it, I would either !mutechat or !mutevoice temporarily until he calms down. At this time, if he was really RDMing with proof (!plogs / Video) I would first check all his previous warns, if he had 4+ I would note it down on my notebook to notify staff that can Minge for 10,000 Seconds. Afterwards I'd tell him "I'm going to be minging you for 300 seconds for the RDM and Disrespect" followed by !minge user 300 (As I was told 300 was the max I can minge for, quote me if i'm wrong, and I'm not sure where to put the reason for the Minge was, but I'd put "(amount)MassRDM | (Amount)Staff Disrespect" as the reason.) After this I'd!unmutevoice or !unmutechat, quickly say "Let's not do that again next time alright" finally !return to bring him back to his last location and let await for the next call. Thank you for taking time and reading my application. Best Wishes, Dan.
