How would you know I was moving? You got a report for LTAP, therefore you never saw me because I disconnected from the server... Edit: If I knew I was getting put into cuffs I always tell the cop that I need to log off, I have 2 weeks on the server and you think I'd break a rule like that? That's stupid. Whenever I tell a cop I gotta go they either let me go because there's no point on arresting me or they arrest me and I wait then I log off.

Like I said, I never knew that I was in cuffs and I know that staff can check if I crashed or logged off, I never said I crashed. Again so I can make it clear to you Jay, I was never in the tab of GMod so I never saw anything that happened. If I got arrested in spawn then it was a false arrest unless they got the wrong person, there are 2 other players that were on at that moment that has the same CC as me (same player model). He likes to make up "Oh I get so many reports about you guys" so he starts to spectate us for no reason. If he got so many reports about us then he would have taken us to a sit. He likes to phys gun abuse so many players. Whenever I'm in a sit with him and his higher up is spectating he likes to talk over me. He always tries to get Valentino into trouble for no reason. I literally stood on top of a car once and he phys gunned me off for no reason, and people say, "Report him on the forums". I would report him but I can't go anywhere without evidence.

So I log on today and I check my warns to see I have another one. I then check and see I got LTAP warn from Jay. I ask him and he says it was because I left the server when I was cuffed. At this time I just got out of the shower and I turned off my computer (I don't close out of all applications/tabs/apps/etc. before I shut down my PC). So I never looked into GMod before I left to go to sleep and I never do. I have no idea on why I was getting arrested because I was never on GMod for about an hour because I was AFK the whole time. Any extra information: If the person that cuffed me is reading I really hope you can give your side of the story on why I was getting arrested in the first place Also I can the jail time because that's my bad that I left while being cuffed and keep in mind my gmod wasn't open because I was alt-tabbed. I also want to say sorry to Jay if I caused any troubles today asking why I got warned. I really hope staff can look at this in my perspective as well and consider removing my warn.

+/- Support +'s Funds a lot more money for the server. -'s Defeats the whole "let me go back to the armor merchant" purpose. Combat healing is a rule that is broken a lot, just imagine combat healing but with both heath and armor.

+Support Fred isn't visibly in the video but if you didn't know he was hiding in clothing store (that's why there's a law enforcement running into the clothing store at 8 seconds). In the video if you listen with audio the admin states that he didn't see him climb the prop nor place it down, god knows how long he had that prop. Also at 15 seconds you can hear from the other law enforcement saying "He ran into the store". I do realize building in an role-play situation is against the rules but how long did he have that prop placed down, it could have been before he got into a chase. All this video shows is an Admin assuming that Fred prop climbed and false warning Fred.

Okay so after playing garry's mod with the username "Ecalper" I've noticed 80% of people can't even pronounce it correct. So I'll be teaching you today how to pronounce it! To start off I'll show some bad examples that people say. There is "Eh-scrape-uh-ler", "E-clap-ser", "E-crape-ser", or "E-crape-iler". I have no idea where people hear or see the "S" or "I". And now the moment you all have been waiting for, how to correctly pronounce "Ecalper". There are two ways, "E-cal-per" or "Eh-cal-per". Thank you and I hope to see that 80% drop to a 0% lmao.

Rocco, please read the whole thing thoroughly. You're literally saying that when you pull out a weapon it is automatically cop bait. Again the rule states "Cop baiting is not allowed. Cop baiting is intentionally breaking the law or annoying a police officer in an attempt to have them arrest/confront you." Yes I intentionally broke a law but there are two parts of this rule, it is breaking the law and then intentionally making the officer attempt to arrest/confront you. I pulled out a weapon (broke the law but it isn't against the rules to break a law) but I didn't intentionally make the officer want to arrest me, that is where intent is coming into place. That is what I'm trying to help you understand.
