Make the Keypad cracker time shorter - Accepted - In Progress - Denied
Nick Hunter replied to ragle's topic in Denied
+ Support If Government can get into your base within 15-30 seconds, a criminal shouldn't take 5 minutes to get into one. It almost acts as a deterrent for how long it takes. Cutting the time on keypad crackers should be implemented. -
Remove the ability to no collide your car! - Completed
Nick Hunter replied to Sienna's topic in Completed
+ Support This is an issue that can cause a lot of toxicity, anger, and fights in OOC/ADVERT that can be prevented. This is not a thing you can do in RP so it shouldn't be allowed for minges to access. -
- Support I honestly would love to see this implemented into the server, but unfortunately the lag and optimization issue would be overbearing for a simple day/night cycle. If there was a system that would be well optimized and would add no clear difference in lag, I would change my - to a + and I am sure everyone else here would too.

I agree with you Soul, the job climate currently is rough.
-
Since we play PoliceRP are some of you actually interested in a career in law enforcement and/or currently working for law enforcement?

@ICE A level leaderboard sounds like a great idea! Thanks for the support!

Let me know what you think below. What you want to see? - In my opinion, the following suggestions should be added to the leveling system. Unique level specific deathcard every 20-30 levels. Unique level specific vehicle at level 100-200. Unique level specific weapon skin(s) every 30-50 levels. Maybe a knife or a unique weapon that is given to people that hit a very high level? Tiers of levels in which increases salary and other benefits. Anything else that would make people want to get involved in level progression. Why should we add it? - Just another thing I think would be cool to add to the leveling system. What are the advantages of having this? - More community involved progression to more rewards. Who is it mainly for? - Everyone! Links to any content - N/A If you have an idea to add, please put it below.

First server I ever played was Icefuze Clone Wars server with a couple of my friends, we had so much fun. Then I found Prominent Gaming / Reborn Gaming / and a couple others and I fell in love with GMOD. Another big reason for downloading the game was venturian tale on youtube. IDK why but my younger stupid self thought it was cool.

Haven't seen a server management team put this amount of consistent effort in a server/community in a long time, now I know why GL is on top.
-
I remember getting trained as an OFC and going for my first ride-along 2-3 years ago, I also remember doing a lot of foot patrol and giving illegally parked vehicles tickets lol.

Nothing more needed to be said, excellent applicant for the position.

What is your in-game name?: Nick Hunter (Hydrex) What is your steam name?: Hydrex What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:52034831 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) 2015-2017 (Imperium Gaming): Rose from the rank of Trial-Moderator all the way up to Deputy Server Director. 2017-2018: Was staff on a couple smaller servers around this time. 2018-2019 (Reborn Gaming): Went from the rank of Trial-Moderator - Senior Moderator. I resigned after losing interest in the server due to toxicity. 2019-2020 (Valkyrie Networks): Went from Trial-Moderator to Senior Moderator. Resigned due to the servers constant decline in player base and the server eventually died. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) I started playing on this server 3-4 years ago, I was only started to be an active player last year, took a break and left the community and now I am going to be staying with the community for the rest of my GMOD days. I realized that the people within this community are genuine and I would love to protect these players from minges and rule breakers and to do my best to serve the player base. What date did you make your forums account? I created my account in 2018, I just checked my profile and the day I created the account was the 28th of March, 2018. Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Gold How many warns do you have on the server (Show proof with a screenshot)? I have 1 warn from 2 years ago or around that time for Attempted Mass RDM, but I want to ensure everyone reading this application I am a changed person. It has been 2 years, and I am now seriously playing the server. Have you donated? Gold VIP What rank are you applying for? I am applying for Trial-Moderator for the PoliceRP server. Are you staff on another community (BE HONEST)? I haven't staffed in another community since last year, 2020. I am not a staff for another community. Have you read the staff guidelines at ? You will be tested on it: I read the staff guidelines and I am ready to be tested. Timezone: EST Permission (Senior Moderator+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe that I deserve this rank because I have a general interest to help people. IRL I work for a police department, volunteer my time for my local Fire Department as well as being on the EMS Squad (Emergency Medical Services). I simply love helping people, I care for this community. I really do, I have met some amazing people like Nao, Drippy, Conrad, Trump, Max Holland (Last year when I played PD a lot), Will (Last Year when I played PD a lot), Soul, Techy, PVPSavage, John, Huner, Whale, Ecott, Travers and so much more people. I want to do my part to serve the community and protect everyone from people trying to destroy it. I am going to be honest, I am not a perfect person, I don't know every rule in the MOTD, but I will do my best to ensure that everyone can RP in a safe environment that is not interrupted by minges or failRPers. I have a busy schedule during the day, there are some days I can be on for most of the day but there are other days I simply wont be on. I am prepared to give up some of my lives, but the only 2 lives I plan on staying 100% dedicated to are S.W.A.T and PD, the other departments are important to me but staff and the other 2 departments are of a higher priority to me. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Before doing anything enforcing the rules wise, I would gather information and evidence from all parties. I would go only by facts and facts only because you cannot enforce a punishment through emotion or opinion. I will analyze my staff handbook and or other resources to enforce the rules on the rule breaker. BUT, if the individual kept cursing at me while I am trying to talk to them I would do the following. 1) Create a staff sit away from the RP environment 2) Bring the individual 3) Try to talk to the individual and explain what he/she did wrong and what is going to happen. 4) If I can't get a word out and the individual keeps interrupting me and cursing at me I will gag him/her and finish what I am saying, once I am done I will ungag him/her and get his/her side of the story. 5) Going by evidence and information collected, I will either enforce a punishment or use my discretion depending on the severity. Due to it being Mass RDM, there is no discretion to be used as it is too serious of a rule being broken. 6) I would then enforce the punishment.

+1, He would make a perfect addition to the Low Command team, I have a feeling he will do great things.
-
@hanxiii I made an instructor guide, when it's complete I will train SGT+ who are interested in training and they will get the full document. For everyone else, I may just make a small document explaining what each document covers and how to unlock the next class.
-
Currently I ran through a class with Police Officer Pog, he attended the class and gained more knowledge and he literally got promoted in the same day, Low Command was overseeing the training and saw Pog putting in the work and they promoted him for it. This is an amazing opportunity to get better overall.
-
+1 Professional, Efficient, Role model 3 things that describe Sandman, not having him at the requested rank is a dis-service to the police department entirely.

Hello, my name is Master Sergeant Nick Hunter and I've been a very on and off player (activity wise) within this community for a couple years now. Some of you may now know me as I've been more in the background, not necessarily socializing just more of enjoying the game. I am coming to you guys because I want to be the best MSGT I can be for the department and I want to host training sessions when I can for whoever wants to attend. Below are list of ideas of things to implement in my weekly training session I will host. Please comment below if there is anything I should add, consider, or remove. Thank you for reading and thanks for the input in advance. Optional training sessions for the Police Department, officers of any rank: Effective communication (Advanced discussion on radio communication and technique) Advanced vehicle techniques (Advantages of the ELS / Keybinds) Uniform/Equipment Preparation (Understanding the proper uniform procedures and equipment protocol) Technique in traffic stops/Felony traffic stops

I main on the PoliceRP server but I have been playing StarwarsRP since 2013, Metz really hit everything on the dot but from over my time playing on a bunch of servers, I had the most fun in the following regiments. - Naval - Royal Guard - Sith/Inquisitor - Stormtrooper Corps These 4 are the regiments I personally had a ton of fun in over the years, I liked Royal Guard on another server because of the intensity and RP environment, I don't know how it is on this server but I do know Naval is very fun for the RP involved. Stormtrooper Corps I love because I love being infantry. But... The decision comes down to you, find yourself in an environment you like and can operate on. Goodluck in your search for a home.
