Here are some of the future plans for ImperialRP Hello ImperialRP community, this post is about some of the future plans Beckett, Nimo, and I have discussed since his and Nimo’s return to the server. Moreover, I want to openly apologize for the lack of updates regarding the server, due to the arrival of the holidays and with no other Senior Management at the time, it left me to deal with a lot of extra work I wasn’t prepared for. Map Rotation Update I’m aware a selection of you have been waiting a while now for this to be updated and now I can assure you that it is back in progress. Most of the maps from the old rotation are in the process of being removed (or are already removed) from in-game. Additional maps will be implemented within the next couple days, so be prepared. Maps being added. - Rhen Var - Tropical Jungle - City District - Nar Shaddaa New Donation Items With the extra support in our team, we are returning to scheduling the implementation of new donation items each month. Some of which are planned to be custom made. Main Map, Base Map, and Custom Event Maps Regarding the return of Beckett, one of our main plans will be getting another update for our custom Star Destroyer map! In addition, we have plans on producing another custom semi permanent base map for us to use when we want to utilise occupation events! Lastly we will potentially be working around to getting optimised custom event maps for our GM team to use. Regiment rehauls Other plans Becket and I have discussed involve rehauling some of our regiments to improve their activity and retention of new recruits. We cannot go into much detail at this given time as we are still in the works and further discussions will need to be had. Future new battalions and jobs There are plans on adding one or more regiments, to expand our range of jobs our players would like to RP as. Moreover, we also have plans to do some job changes to our current regiments to improve their overall quality and performance. Server optimisations One of our main goals at the moment is to focus on server optimisations. This has been a goal from day 1 and we are always finding addons/packs for us to optimise, therefore making the server more stable with faster joining times. Suggestions There have been further discussions involving the status of suggestions and we will be making it a priority in SMT where these are reviewed at least weekly. Taking on the feedback of the community and listening to what they want to see on the server.

Why should we add it?: Mortars- Would be helpful for enlisted+ members assisting in suppression of enemies and support for fellow troops during conflicts and gives Tank the option to set up mortar related simulations/trainings in the canyon. This will also allow Tank Troopers to be helpful in other ways if they cannot use their tanks during a mission/event rather than just being cannon fodder. CP-H Bike- This addition will allow members of Tank Troopers to have a wider variety of vehicles to choose from when patrolling/guarding Tatooine it would also allow for them to quickly relocate to assist fellow troopers in a timely manner unless someone is requesting transport and with the base map coming in the future this would surly be something to bring joy and interest to the battalion for old and new members What are the advantages of having this?: Mortars- Allows Tank Troopers to play a supportive fire role in the event they cannot use their tanks or are not a high enough rank to use a tank the lower enlisted can still be helpful in this way. It also opens up the possibility for individual members to create new simulations/trainings to help bolster the activity and enjoyment of the battalion. CP-H Bike- Allows Tank Troopers to gain a fast mobile vehicle to spawn in for when they're going on individual patrols or to relocate quickly to assist fellow troopers in trouble across the desert lands of Tatooine or Lothal or retreat quickly back to GCC to transport more troops back if they're not at post. This would also add a new activity/training for Tank Troopers to do that would be easy to set up and execute as well as be a good addition for the new base map. [Transporting troops will always be the priority if it's requested] Who is it mainly for?: Tank Troopers These would be available for all Tank Trooper jobs to use/spawn. Guidelines for these items have been drawn up and will be continuously improved for the betterment of the server/battalion. Basic Information Name: Yugana Species: Human Gender: Male Age: 38 Height: 6'2" Weight: 180 lbs. Appearance Despite his injuries, Yugana is an imposing figure, standing tall and proud in his full Royal Guard armor. His face is covered by a red mask that hides his disfigured features, and his voice is a raspy whisper that can barely be heard over the hum of his lightsaber. He moves with a fluid grace that belies his physical limitations, and his eyes are sharp and alert, scanning his surroundings for any potential threats to the Emperor. Background Yugana was born on a remote planet in the outer rim of the galaxy. He grew up in a small village and spent most of his childhood working on his family's farm. As a young boy, he dreamed of traveling to different planets and seeing the wonders of the galaxy. Yugana's life took a drastic turn when his village was raided by a group of pirates. His parents were killed in the attack, and he was taken as a slave. He spent several years serving his captors, doing whatever they asked of him, until one day he was rescued by a group of Rebel Alliance soldiers. The Rebels took Yugana under their wing and trained him in combat and other skills necessary to fight against the Empire. He quickly showed an aptitude for battle and became a skilled soldier in the Rebel Alliance. After years of fighting against the Empire, Yugana was injured in a battle and left for dead. However, he was found by Imperial troops and taken to a medical facility. There, he was nursed back to health and, to his surprise, given an offer to join the Stormtrooper Corps. Yugana saw this as an opportunity to learn more about the enemy and eventually work his way to a position where he could sabotage them from within. He joined the Corps and initially held doubts about the Empire's ideology. However, as he served in the Corps and saw more of the Empire's accomplishments, Yugana's loyalty began to shift towards the Empire. He saw the Empire as a powerful force that could bring order and stability to the galaxy, and he came to believe that the Rebel Alliance was misguided in their fight against them. After years of serving in the Stormtrooper Corps, Yugana was handpicked to join the Royal Guard Academy on Yin-chorr. This was a great honor and a testament to Yugana's skills as a warrior, as the Royal Guard was an elite group of soldiers that were chosen from the best of the best in the Stormtrooper Corps. Yugana arrived at the Academy with a strong determination to succeed, but he quickly realized that the trials and challenges he would face were unlike anything he had encountered before. The instructors were strict and unforgiving, and the training was grueling and relentless. However, Yugana was not one to back down from a challenge. He threw himself into his training with a fierce determination, determined to prove himself as a worthy member of the Royal Guard. He quickly gained a reputation as one of the most skilled students in the Academy, consistently outperforming his peers in combat and strategy. One of the most challenging aspects of the Academy was the final duel to the death. This was the ultimate test of a student's skills and determination, and the stakes were high. Yugana was not afraid of the final duel. He had been trained for years in combat, and he was confident in his abilities. However, his opponent was a formidable opponent, and the fight was intense. In the end, Yugana emerged victorious, but not before suffering severe injuries that left him disfigured and unable to speak. Despite his injuries, Lord Vader and the Academy's instructor, Ved Kennede, saw potential in Yugana's final act of defiance and brought him to the Emperor Palpatine Surgical Reconstruction Center for treatment. While his facial and larynx damage was too severe to fully repair, he was given a new lease on life and became one of the most skilled Royal Guards in the Emperor's service. Yugana is now an older and seasoned warrior, having served the Empire for many years. He is respected and feared by his enemies, and his reputation as a fierce defender of the Empire is well-known throughout the galaxy. His initial doubts about the Empire's ideology have been replaced by a fierce loyalty, and he will stop at nothing to protect the Empire and its citizens. Skills - Lightsaber Combat: As a member of the Royal Guard, Yugana is highly skilled in lightsaber combat, able to hold his own against even the most formidable opponents. - Stealth: Yugana is adept at moving quietly and unnoticed, making him an excellent scout and spy. - Hand-to-hand combat: In addition to lightsaber combat, Yugana is proficient in hand-to-hand combat, able to incapacitate opponents quickly and efficiently. - Sign Language: As a result of his injuries, Yugana has developed a complex form of sign language that allows him to communicate with his fellow guards and other members of the Imperial hierarchy. Equipment: - Lightsaber: Yugana wields a crimson-bladed lightsaber, the traditional weapon of the Royal Guard. - Armor: Yugana wears the distinctive red and black armor of the Royal Guard, which is designed to provide maximum protection while allowing for a full range of movement. - Comlink: Yugana carries a comlink to communicate with his fellow guards and other members of the Imperial hierarchy. Personality Yugana is fiercely loyal to the Emperor and the Empire, willing to do whatever it takes to protect them. He is stoic and reserved, rarely showing emotion or speaking unless it is absolutely necessary. However, he is also deeply empathetic, and will go to great lengths to protect his fellow guards and other members of the Imperial hierarchy. Weaknesses - Communication: Yugana's inability to speak can make it difficult for him to communicate with others, particularly in high-pressure situations. - Overconfidence: Yugana's loyalty to the Emperor and the Empire can sometimes lead him to underestimate his opponents, which can put him in danger. - Physical Limitations: Despite his skill and determination, Yugana's injuries have left him with physical limitations that can sometimes make it difficult for him to carry out his duties as a Royal Guard.
