(150 Word Minimum) I feel I am deserving of this promotion as I am active I do my best to meet quota every week I am always willing to help people with any questions enquiries or complaints they may have and do my best to give them the best answer I can and make sure that they are satisfied with the result I also feel that being admin will help more especially during off hours as I have seen some Admin+ tickets come up with no Admin+ being active I also feel that I am ready to be Admin as I understand a lot of players require a Admin or higher to help with situations and I feel I am a good choice for this rank and I am always able to remain calm and polite even during the most difficult of sits and that is the reason on why I feel I should be chosen for this Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I will ask him/her to please refrain from cursing at me or he find himself muted/gagged and then I would check the logs to see if he has been MRDMing and ask him why then inform him that he will be receiving a formal warn and a ban for what he has done Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? First I would start gagging/muting players who are being toxic and not helping the situation and tell everyone that they must allow another to speak or find themselves gagged then I would ungag/unmute those who were toxic then try my best to get to the bottom of the situation and come up with the appropriate consequence that is deemed the most decent Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I would tell them that if they carry on down the path they are on they will one day find themself banned from the server and then inform them that I am giving them the warn for what they had done Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? Lovelock does things by the book, and is not afraid to get onto people. To put it bluntly, this guy doesn't let things slide, and that's probably for the better. I know a lot of people who have concerns about Lovelock, particularly because of his temper (which I will agree, Lovelock is a little hot headed at times), but he is professional when it is necessary and is by far one of the most dedicated, mature, and professional users on this server. Lovelock is also incredibly communicative, and asks questions when he has them, which is only another excellent demonstration of his dedication. Ectoplasm Posted April 19, 2023 Share Posted April 19, 2023 HUGE +SUPPORTWhile lovelock is wayyyy more serious then me so we butt heads sometimes, he is one of the two guys on the server that I would trust to know any rule off the top of their head. Dude probably has the MOTD memorized by now, and is an extremey active member of staff. Though he is hotheaded sometimes he balances it out with his leadership skills and professionalism.
