What are you suggesting? - Every 30 Minutes a security is Non-AFK they should be rewarded 750 XP

How would this change better the server? - Helps new players gain XP

Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. -  None

Who would this change mostly benefit? - Security/ New Players

Right now the only way that Security can get XP is by escorting for tests.

I do not want to add something to security that would disincentivse Security from doing their job of escorting.

However, I think allowing them to get a negligible amount of XP for actively playing on the job would be nice.

I would say a 250XP bonus every 1/2 hour at most, but an XP boost would be great for new players.

+support, I haven't been on the server long, but noticed that there is almost never security online, or very few, giving them an extra bonus like this could spur activity

Just for playing more XP sounds a bit much , especially that there are so many things Sec. could do. Maybe reward xp for : 

 

-Patrols around the Site with adverts that they are now at x location in /site

 

- Brining D-Class to Medbay and also reward the D-class for bribing RP into Medbay ( as Long as it isn’t something like Ass Crabs. ) 

 

- Search D-Class for contraband 

 

- Making checkpoints.

Denied. The SCP-RP SMT has decided against adding this suggestion for performance reasons, the benefit to the server, or another unstated reason.
