What date did you start playing on the community?: (roughly) The first time I played was about 1 or 2 years ago but I lost interest and now I'm back and wanting to stay and started playing around roughly a 1 month ago. What date did you make your forums account?: 1 month ago Im pretty sure. How many warnings do you have on all GL servers?: Active I have none, but for all I have 1 on June 23rd 2021. What is your donor rank? (User, Silver, Gold, etc): Bronze. Are you a staff member in another community?: As of right now I am not. Have you read the staff handbook?: I have read the staff handbook. Timezone: PST. What rank are you applying for?: Trial Moderator/Moderator (Whichever comes first) Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): I believe that I deserve to join the staff team is because I want to further immerse myself into this server and strengthen or grow bonds with the people and friends I've made within the server. I am a Confident, Ambitious, Determined and cheerful person. What makes me different from other people is that I can do well under pressure and will try my absolute best to do what is right. Since I am in PST I can be moderating later at night for those in EST and when the server gets quiet. I also don't want this to feel like a job for me, I believe I deserve to join the team because I want to help others and I want to be doing what I do. I really enjoy being able to help out others when I can and I always do it whilst being as friendly as I can. I am a efficient and energetic person, and I will never be afraid to ask Any questions. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I will remain calm. If they are continuously cursing me out I I will first mute them and make sure that they are able to understand the punishment they are receiving which would be a Formal Warning for staff disrespect. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? In my opinion, The best way to handle this situation is to remain calm and professional and to not let your feelings get in your way.
