(If yes, explain) I have a little bit of experience, I was a Mod for a gmod server a while back and I got to SM / Senior Mod and then I resigned because the server died. (Can be any length): I believe that I deserve the rank as Trial Mod because I do have some past experience with become / being a moderator. I also think that I do have the skills and the ability's to be a good Moderator, this being said I am also a very positive person, and I would never put someone down or anything in that region. Another Reason that I deserve the rank of Trial Moderator is that I have decent leadership and teamwork skills, if there's a problem I will try and fix it and of course make it better in any way, shape or form. Last Reason why I should I deserve this rank is that I am a very honest person. I am an honest person because I would always take responsibility for my actions. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? How I would handle someone Mass RDMING I would bring them and the person that made the ticket, or if I just notice them RDMING I would first ask them to calm down and explain more of the situation, if they do not comply, I will gag them and then tell them that they Mass RDMED and that they would be getting banned. Then I would ban them for the 5 days as the punishment for what they did, and sense Mass RDM is a 5-day ban-able offense.
