What is your staff rank and the server you work in? PoliceRP - Moderator (I have permission from the Head of Staff, Drippy, to apply)

How often are you online on the forums? I check the forums multiple times throughout the day, and I always have it up in the background when playing.

Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I believe I am qualified to serve as a forum diplomat for several reasons, for one is my experience within the community. I have been in the community for 2 years (with a small break in-between) and have reached the rank of Senior Admin and have been a part of the forum diplomat team twice before. Being a part of the forum diplomat team twice in the past allowed me to work hand and hand with other members of the community across all of the different servers which is something I am always looking to better myself in being able to do. During my time here I built up a very good reputation on the server & on the forums. I am fairly trusted & well respected among the server and love helping people out. Being able to be a forum diplomat would allow me to further enhance how much I can do for the community. I also have a lot of experience on the forums over 1k posts and have a very good understanding of all forum rules. I love being able to help people answer questions and generally making their experience on the server & on the forums a much better place. 

Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? I would consider myself to have good judgement. During my time as staff & and command member of multiple departments I have no doubt been forced to make a hard judgement choice. There first situation that pops to mind was a well-liked older player who had come back onto the server after a few years of being gone. Upon his return he was very close to his 40th warn, which would've gotten him a permeant ban. When he returned, he proceeded to break numerous rules thorough the day and eventually I gave him his 40th warn despite all the pleading he did and how I knew it would be very disliked among the community members at the time for him to be permanently banned. I posted the ban request on the forums, and many people disagreed that he shouldn't've been banned because he had just come back. This situation was tough for me because I had just come back from a break and getting a well-liked community member banned made a lot of people upset during this time. This was a good test to my ability to show that no matter who or how liked they are, they're still required to abide by the rules and are not exempt. 

How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? In a situation like this I would first try to hide some of the user's spam posts. Afterword I would send the user a dm asking them if they could refrain from spamming posts about their ban. I would then re-direct them to the ban appeal section for the appropriate server. If this issue continues after I have sent out the message, I will follow chain of command to get further action upon the user, such as a warn or content restriction. 

How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? I've had to deal with situations similar to this in the past. The best and most effect way to deal with it is to post a warning similar to this,
