[150+ Words] I'm sure most who become officers or wish to become an officer do it for similar reasons, officers are granted the ultimate trust and therefore have the most impact on a regiment, I wish to become an officer for that same reason, but not simply for the menial tasks of being an officer like "tryouts and training", I wish to instill another level of discipline into IF, this partially means less minging especially in important times, but there is much more: Respect to the chain of command There is much to be said about one's respect of the chain of command, most say it starts at the bottom, but I believe it starts at the top, as an officer my main duty will be assigning tasks to NCO's and overseeing the completion of these tasks, I remember someone saying that it was hard to prove yourself in this regiment, I want to make sure there is no excuses there, Giving each one of my NCO's the ability to regularly lead and take initiative will be one of my main focus as an officer Communication This ties directly into the respect for the chain of command, in any "military" unit, communication is key, we as IF do a great job communicating, from the moment I joined until this day I never felt "In the dark", our officers work tirelessly putting in announcements, speaking to us directly, reminding us of important times, I wish to keep this going and be apart of it, It is important that in an elite unit everyone knows exactly what is going on. Bolstering IF influence Something we all know but rarely talk about is the influence of each regiment, this has to do with their duties and responsibilities but also the way that other regiments perceive them, we as IF already have a large influence on this server, there hardly comes a time when we patrol or run after an individual and we don't get comments from someone who knows something serious is going down. We have shown ourselves to be active in the recent weeks, both keeping this going and rewarding activity will be my goal. Overall I wish to make my mark in a positive way in IF, I hope that my volunteering and initiative as an NCO has shown that I am capable of completing these tasks. How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank? [100+ Words] After reading the above passage I am sure my view of officership is clear. The first way I would assist inferno squad command is staying true to my principles for becoming an officer. I have been on everyday but one since I joined, Often for multiple hours at a time, Always volunteering for IF tasks, this is the kind of officer I aim to be in order to assist IF command, Along with making notes of all enlisted and NCO and how they perform in a leadership position and reporting said notes to our higher officers and vice commanders. Overall I would assist with my experience and leadership, and hope that I can influence IF in a positive light. How many strikes do you have? 0 Do you have any prior experience in being an officer/leading? If so explain. Yes, I have held Many officer and commander positions over many servers, more then I can recount over my 6000 hours on GMOD, I am extremely familiar with this game. I also have held Managerial positions in real life for the past 3 years. What Qualifications could you bring too the Inferno Squad Officer Team? An experience individual with 6000 Hours in GMOD, As stated in my previous app I know how to handle most situations this game has to present and have the Command and game knowledge to do so. Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 2 Week Trial Period? Yes, I understand.
