As a Former Tick 4 GM it saden me when I left The GM team but with me being a decently high ranking Naval it had me working so much that I had no choice 

Then Becketts like hey GMs have this giant Cruser to play on and then Hotshot like ima make ISB an acutal job on the server and now im Regreting ever Leaving lol 

But at the same time I'm just so busy! 

What do I do?

Apply for GM again? 

Or wait it out until of sure it what I want to do? 

If enough people support me I may rejoin

Going to necropost a little here as I don't keep up to date with this category enough, but as the other people have said, go with your gut. We can't make the decision for you, if you think you can put in the effort and time needed, whilst getting the enjoyment out of it you'd need to make it worthwhile, then you should go for it.
