(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve this rank because I am an active and well known member in the community who knows the rules and ropes of the server. I have very big goals and things I would like to accomplish within the server and forums such as becoming a diplomat that will keep me driven as well as active. I am also on the server 24/7 especially on my off days staying up as late as 8 in the morning playing on the server so anything that would maybe go unnoticed during the late hours or anyone who has a sit I would be able to assist them with that. I also believe that I am one of the calmest more relaxed players on the server, because at the end of the day this is a video game we are all here to enjoy ourselves so im never gonna get angry or lash out at a member of the community. As far as bias goes, I am really not friends with anyone in the server as to go that far so this also would not be an issue. I want to rephrase a quote I have previously used stating " I know the MOTD like the feeling of the doorknob to my bedroom". In saying this, your time is respected and I appreciate anyone who took time out of their day to read this! 16. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would like to start this off by saying I work in a jail so anything that has to do with arguing / disrespect will be shut down very quickly. Firstly I would teleport the individual who filed the report and receive their side of the story. Secondly the subject of who the report was filed on will be teleported, If on teleportation the subject is cussing me out I will say "(players name) This is your one chance to stop or I will need to gag you." I would then !gag or !mute him if they persisted. I would then review logs and look the subject up by name seeing who and how many people he killed, I would teleport anyone he killed in the last 5 minutes and ask if they were rdmed by him while he is in !jail for the 300 seconds Trial Moderators are allowed. After reviewing the information I will attempt to unmute the player and if he continues to cuss me out I will re-gag the player and inform him stating "You will be reciving a warning for MRDM & Staff Disrespect as well as a 5 Day ban to reflect on your actions." I would then contact an Admin+ to have the player banned, if one is not on I will ask a Senior Moderator to ban him for 4 hours while I utilize the Staff Discord to get the ban extended.
