I have been pretty active in my current position of Captain. I am on at least 1 hour everyday that I can be if I’m not doing something important IRL. Another reason that I feel I am ready for the next rank is because of my maturity. When dealing with situations on PD, it is important to have respect and maturity for all of those involved. I think it's important to understand where everyone is coming from in the answers to why what happened happened. Another reason that I feel I could carry the rank of Major is because I have so far hosted 4 meetings and have been a part of far more. Throughout the meetings that I have hosted, I feel that the meetings went smoothly. I keep a lookout for when I am playing on a separate department and a PD issue arises and there is no other command to deal with the situation, I will hop on and help out with that situation and get it resolved efficiently and well. To sum up my application, I feel I should be promoted to the rank of Major because I feel that I am active, mature, kind, and have the commitment to the Great Lakeside PD.
