Tayson Terry Posted July 23, 2021 Share Posted July 23, 2021 (edited) · Rank You are Applying For: (CPT) · In-Game Name: Tayson Terry · SteamID: STEAM_0:1:197725176 · Current Rank: (LT) · How long have you been in your current rank?: 1 Month 1 Week · What timezone are you in?: Mountain Standard Time · How many Warns do you have?: 2 · Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): You agree that disobeying any rules set by High Command will result in an immediate demotion (Yes/No): Yes well it’s that time again I feel I have reached enough time and I feel that I am completely equipped to apply for captain because I have like I said one month in a week as Lieutenant I have been low command before and I feel that I am more than ready for captain few of the reasons why I feel I’m ready this is activity my activity is great I play two hours almost daily or more yes I did just get off an LOA but even if we took out that LOA time I still have a month as a Pd lieutenant and I am very active on PD and I feel others feel the same way I feel that even though I was on LOA I still am more than active enough to be considered for captain Another reason why I think I am ready is my overall experience I’ve been on the server since late 2017 more active 2018 through 2019 continuing into 2021 now I’ve been in nearly every department on the server except for some of the new ones That have been added somewhat recently like Delta squad or Street crimes unit now In saying that I can give you an example most officers when they see two people fighting (shooting each other with guns) they would just run up and start shooting but with my experience I know to try to Deescalate the situation and ask them to put their guns down that is just a one of the things I have learned and I am fairly good at Things like hostage negotiation with my considerable amount of experience and with time comes the ability to actually drive and Gary’s mod I feel I am good and 10-80s and have an all-around good skill set for anything that is needed on the server and to generally finish it all off I am good with people I am staff on the server which helps me communicate with other officers with other people and I can be fair with my punishments and decide what is reasonable and what is not as being staff teaches you those valuable skill sets I feel like all these combinations of things that I have listed shows that I am a great officer and shows that I am ready for anything captain throws my way Edited July 26, 2021 by Tayson Terry Realized I said I was applying for a lieutenant at the top Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
