I reached General Admin, which would be the third rank out of the 5. The server kind of died which was unfortunate because I met great people, but it is time to move on from the server. (150 Word Minimum) I want to become staff for this server because I really enjoy playing on the server and I love the people here. I think I would be a good addition because I am very active on the server, and I am on pretty late at night, So when people need staff I can be on. I feel like there isn’t enough staff on at night so I can help out with that as well. I think most of everyone here is nice and It's really fun playing on the server. I would like to help out in the community by becoming staff and helping people out. I have also been staff for a CS:GO TTT server which isn't exactly the same as GMod, but it was for a common gamemode the games share. Which means I have some experience with people RDMing or just being annoying, and I am willing to learn more on how to moderate and keep the server running. I haven’t caused any trouble, and don’t have any warnings on this server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first ask the accused for a reason on why they killed a whole bunch of people. If they keep cursing at me, I will ask them to call down, but if they don’t then I will gag/mute them and check logs. While checking logs, I would ask the accuser for their side. If they are guilty, I would tell them why they are being warned & banned, then warn them (If they mass RDMd) for MRDM, and Staff Disrespect (If they keep cursing at me). After, I will call an Admin+ to ban them.
