I take my right index and make a V with my left middle and index finger, I place my right index finger inside the V on my left hand which more looks like a left arrow now, close my left fingers to the right index finger, place it under my chin and move my right index finger's knuckle down to make this loud popping sound. Not even lying it works, if I wanted to I could do a video or sound clip of me doing it. It's completely useless, except people think I am breaking my finger when I do it.
