For future reference when you witness something like this in game use /report and have clips proving the interaction occurred. 
 

I personally (and I’m sure a lot of other mods agree) recommend using medal. Download it at medal.tv. When you press the bind key for record it clips the last 30 secs and you upload it and gives you a link so the mod can see it quickly. I believe it doesn’t take storage either and uses the cloud to store your clips.
