Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I belive I am a great Seargeant Major and I do my job really well. I belive I could help the police department big time because I love helping people and training OFC when they first start as PD, even after the training stopped being mandatory to become an Patrol Officer. I just love being PD! I´ve been promoted for that and I belive I could really handle the job as a Lieutenant promoting, demoting and giving verbal warning out. If it helps the promotion I was a moderator on a german Discord Server. I could also be a lot of help when it´s the early morning for EST since I´m in europe because when there are no Supervisors or Low command on, almost nobody handles Courrupt Cops or even Patrol Officers who are just starting. I´ve always wanted to see the little LT in my name because it gives me the feeling of accomplishment. I am really looking forward for a reply from a High command member.
