What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?

I will always try to help out with the regiment, if they need anything from me I'll be there. I will give constructive feedback if I think there's anything that needs improvement/change within Havoc and help Havoc reach any goals that they have set for themselves.  Main thing I would improve on with Havoc would be the RP of Naval and Havoc. From what I've seen, there's barely any RP between Naval/Havoc. I also wanna make the communication and teamwork between Havoc/Naval better. Another thing I would try to improve would be the activity of some of Havoc. I have seen very little Havoc on and sometimes there would be none even on. I would try to help that by recruiting more people into Havoc and making sure that the new enlisted know what to do during many situations. If they do not I can also do some trainings to help them on stuff they don't really know.
Why should you be trusted with this position?:

I think I should be trusted with this position for many reasons. I'm a very responsible person, I would never abuse any position/rank given to me. I value honesty/leadership the most. I also have been trusted with many other positions of equal power on other servers and I think I'm fit for this position.
Why do you want this rank?:

I want this rank so I can improve on many things for both Naval/Havoc. I want to open up more roleplay opportunities for both regiments. I also think that I can do a lot for them because of how active I am on the server. I can be online for about 3-5 hours everyday.

What is your purpose within your assigned branch?:

To help bring more people into the regiment and to allow more roleplay opportunities for Havoc. I want to make sure that Havoc and Naval have very good relations and more importantly better communication/teamwork between the 2 regiments. I also believe the purpose of a Gunnery Officer would be to oversee Havoc and help out with anything they need. A GO should be in engine room/TL at all times making sure all systems are working correctly and should be making sure the ship is in good condition.

Didn't know my battalion was in-active cause like... We had 11 on yesterday,
Last time I checked it's more Active than most other Army battalions at this current period.
