I am known by some of command and they like me and I am experienced on training and I can handle enlisted PD if they are not following the rules because I am a Specialist in SWAT a SSO in secret service and I am a moderator for staff so I get a lot of experience on how to handle stuff and keep my cool. I want to help make PD better and more enjoyable so people realize how good the department is and want to join. I will continue to train if there is nobody to train and I will make sure supervisors are doing their job supervising. I will help make sure everyone is on radio and doing PT and just doing their job, I have a lot of time and experience on this server I mainly know all the rules and I want to up my experience by being a command member and that's why I think I should be promoted.
