As a medical overseer, I will make it my very first mission and priority to command and personally oversee tryouts within the entire medical branch itself. I will show determination and extreme amounts of excellent leadership by setting myself up as an example to fellow medical officers and overseers, and operate in the naval branch as a whole, to become a role model towards the younger members of the naval regiment, such as enacting strict but loose orders to keep the midshipman and crewman active, constantly running sector assignment checks. I will be also running staff check ups on the medical team, to make sure everyone is doing alright and performing as they completely should. I will assist the medical team and other officers with performing check ups on staff members of the medics, including checking the troopers and other members of the ship for any infections or viruses that may cause a deadly outbreak. I will constantly keep a very close eye on the entire medical regiment and their members, ensuring each medic performs properly and is in shape, preventing any sort of incompetent men and women. I will assist and myself if no other medical personnel on active at the time, will treat any disease or injury that a naval member or regular trooper may have inflicted with, while showing up most professionalism and maturity, to show other personnel of the ship that there will be no tolerance for any misbehavior. I will ensure myself that every action will have a great purpose, in perfecting the medical branch as a whole. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I have held numerous leadership positions on many different RP servers, I will not list their names due to unforeseen consequences, but I have dedicated entire weeks into servers, proving myself worthy of any leadership position. I will attend every meeting each week unless a valid reason for not attending has been faithfully provided by myself, I will sure absolute maturity and roleplay professionalism as possible, and I will ensure myself that I am and will be 100% dedicated to the medical branch as an overseer. I will make sure every naval enlisted member and every medical trooper is in line, and are doing their tasks properly without hurting our reputation as naval. I will show complete competence and absolutely zero hesitation when it comes to commanding, I will always take up the initiative when performing a task with medical, or giving out commands and orders to the enlisted members of the naval regiment. I will uphold the Naval's reputation and uphold a excellent reputation for myself, I won't allow anyone under my command to mess around or in certain situations "goof off" I will always command anyone under my leadership to the very best of my abilities. I am willing to show extreme activity, courage, and communication skills that the naval and medical branch need, I will be up mostly dedicated and reserved to the medical branch and the entire naval itself. Why do you want this rank?: For the longest time I have always dreamt of holding any leadership position, or any sort of overseer occupation within the naval, I have always wanted to use my skills to command and show complete dedicated leadership within the naval. I want to prove myself to the high command and to the Empire itself, to anyone looking upon the naval and medical branch as an upholder of serious reputation, I want to and will prove myself as a completely capable member of naval. I want to give the enlisted and lower ranking members of naval and the medical branch a reason to play, a reason to have fun and be active within their fellow medic troopers. I want to show everyone that the medical branch is a well reputable and completely serious branch that performs its duties exceptionally well and well oriented. With my up most fascination with medical expertise and current great command and leadership abilities, I want to put them to the extreme test, and prove my self as an intelligent and extremely smart medical overseer. What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: As a medical officer/overseer, I am to assist the Chief Medical Officer with overseeing the medical personnel of the medical branch in the Empire, such as assisting in treating potentially threatening viruses and diseases that any trooper medical or not may obtain. I am to oversee tryouts and assist when needed, and to show maturity than I am a capable officer with the ability to ensure that every medical trooper is on par with their duties and expectations set by myself and their officers.
