Battalions don't need your "protection", they are fully equipped to handle themselves and can always call for backup during ST riots, saying you need new an overpowered weapons to deal with ST's is downright stupid. 2. The EMP rifle is a blacklisted weapon that is mainly used by Admins, giving that kind of weapon to ANY regiment or class is tipping the balance of the server as a whole 3.
