General bacon
-support You were exploiting and you knew it but instead of reporting it to SMT you abused it for your own good. Wait the ban. Sprink
+/- Support Yes, it was the right thing of you to report the bug to SMT but just the fact that you continued to use the glitch even after reporting it to SMT. Anyways the ban is almost up and It looks like you have learned your lesson. Rookieblue
Denied Based on the information provided in this ban appeal, as well as the other facts provided, this appeal is denied. The core issue in this appeal is whether the player intentionally used an exploit they knew of for personal gain, and the answer to this question is yes. The player discovered a glitch/exploit allowing him to bet a larger amount of money than he should've been able to at the gambling tables. This limit is in place to protect the overall server economy. The player in question states he informed a SMT member of this issue, however no SMT personnel can recall this conversation. Whether or not that is true is irrelevant however, as the player then continued to use this glitch/exploit to bet large sums of money to increase the money he had for his own benefit. The intentional usage of glitches/exploits for personnel or RP gain is prohibited, and as a staff member at the time of the incident, the player in question absolutely should have known better.
