They were small issues for example questions newer players had. What date did you start playing on the community? No, however I have tried to become staff on another Scp RP Server before, however they have a Age limit of 15, but that was the reason the app did not get accepted. Have you read the staff guidelines?: Yes I have, I do feel like I need to study though Timezone: Central Daylight Time - 1 Hour earlier than EST Permission (Senior Moderator+ need this): I do not need this since I am applying for T Mod Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I have a couple of reasons why I deserve the rank. The first reason is that I am pretty active, within discord, forums and in game. I try my best to get on and enjoy the time on the server, this would allow me to get on the server and maintain it well, I feel like my dedication on the server will go far. Second reason is that I prior experience with these commands, as I am a ET member. I have some experience with sits, but not much regarding that I am only a ET member and only allowed to take sits if under the right circumstances. Third reason is that I hold multiple high responsibility titles, such as Research Command, ET & at one point CI Command, this is one way to show that I would not abuse the power potential that Trial Mod holds. Fourth is the reputation I have within the community, I do have to admit I had a rough start, but I do feel like I am getting better and my reputation is growing rapidly, at least from my view it is. The final reason is that I like to handle situations the best I can, I don't ever recall lashing out at someone in a situation that was getting out of hand, I prefer to stay positive and keep it that way. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? My first action would be to stay calm and not disrespect the player, as you're the face of the server and don't need to put a bad reputation on it. I would ask in a calm way as to why they would break this rule, if to no avail they keep Swear/Cursing at me I would give them a Verbal to stop the disrespect or it would result in a gag, if they kept it up then I would gag them. Then I would then check logs as evidence to why I ordered a Formal Warn and issue a 5+ Day ban on them, I would tell them why they are receiving a Warn and 5+ Day ban, I would ask a Admin+ To ban the person. If they attempt to appeal on the forums to this ban, I would present the evidence I have gained. Doggo0 Posted July 29, 2020 Share Posted July 29, 2020 Here are the good things in this app: - Has experience with commands and small sits from being ET. - Command is/was in multiple branches. - Q15 has 229 words and I think the answer is really good. - Q16 also has a good answer. There is noting really bad in this, however if I have to point out a few things: - Has been on the server for only 2 months. - I didn't really see him in game too much before my LOA, but that might because of timezones.
