They spawn in the empty room in turbolasers. They would make it easier on troops when turbolasers need to be manned and it could even possibly be a Naval Specialty/Role. NOTE: There is also a logistics officer player model (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1590884789&searchtext=logistics+officer) but the server would also need the content to go with it...
