(Can be any length) I am friendly and i want to keep the server from falling into chaos because this server is what cures my boredom and i would hate to see it turn into chaos. I always see staff asking other staff to get on and i would be a VERY active TMODHow would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?I would immediately contact a higher-up,then we would try to calm them down,then we would find both sides of the story and come to a decision probably to minge them for 10,000 seconds. I don't know if you saw other staff applications or not, but you need to seriously reconsider the amount of detail (or lack thereof) you've put into your staff application.
