Medical Corps 3) Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I Believe I have what it takes to take the next step in my leadership journey within the medical corp and continue to coordinate and organize efforts to improve activity, member count, lead officers and NCO's aswell as over all lead MC into the future of the server in a positive and productive manner. as a commander I believe I have alot of potential to bring to the table and set a example for those aspiring leaders within not just MC but in other battalions aswell. Through upholding standards and working increasingly cooperatively with our very strong officer corp to both learn and teach each other on how to improve the battalion and mend any issues we may cross. Secondarily I intend to step-up in the commander position to improve cooperation and relations with other battalions weather that be through small battalion check-ups all the way up to full on joint operations in missions & events 4) How much game time do you have on the server? 46Days and 11 Hours, 9.5 months being involved with the community. 5) What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of being the commander of a battalion is to function as the "face" of the battalion, in my opinion there are three main purposes of a commander which cover the varieties of duties. 1st of course is in document affairs ensuring that they are all up to date, reasonable and purposeful aswell as being fun for both those learning and teaching it so it doesn't turn into a pain to follow whatever type of document's they are, whether it be Tryouts or SOP's and Guidelines and coordinating solutions with VCMDR's and Overseers. 2nd, leading the battalion in day to day operations and problem solving conflict's where they arise, may they be foreign or domestic to the battalion and deescalating such situations through words while remaining understanding and unbiased to either side as well as setting examples to officers on how to handle such conflicts. aswell as organizing activities and officer efforts for the day I.E Flag-ups, Trainings and officer tasks while still leaving room for them to do their own thing and engage and build bonds with other MC. Thirdly and Finally I believe another main component to being a battalion commander is leading by example and establishing an environment of trust, responsibility and standards of conduct. A responsible leader has potential to inspire others to get involved with the RP, Operations and community of a battalion by actively engaging with others through positive interactions and through the conduct of the officers under their command. I Believe I exhibit these qualities and will excel as an addition to the commander team of GL. 6) Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Ever since I was an officer I have displayed nothing but dedication to the future development and innovation to help improve the RP experience and relations from MC. I have over come hurdles and difficulties and come out the other side with a higher knowledge and standard of what it takes to be a command member. I have managed my duties responsibly and without fail throughout my entire MC career and I'm more dedicated than ever to bring the battalion to full strength and firing on all cylinders. I have developed multiple relationships with others throughout the server and have established a mutual respect with them which in turn has improved battalion relations already. I am ready and have shown myself to be responsible in my duties and balance my time effectively between real life, MC and my other DT life in which I am a Senior Officer and lead Seeker Company. Additionally I've always assisted people to the full limit of my abilities if they've ever come to me with an issue or question and on multiple occasions I have given them advice on matters. 7) How often can you be Online? : Easily 3-4 hours per day at the least as well as being available around the clock on discord 8; Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : Clear History in all aspects. No Bans, Warnings, or even Strikes/PT within the battalion. DT CMDR AX4 Posted January 30 Share Posted January 30 MAJOR++++ SUPPORT This guy is beyond incredible. He has shown nothing but pure drive and dedication towards not only medical but also DT. This guy has helped quite a bit with DT and Seeker and has revived it countless times. I truly do think if he is put into this position he would revive medical in under 2 months if given enough room.
