CO, and responded to a money silo situation. While I spawned it and went AFK, he got killed and changed to the Moderator job. BOS Sniperboss and BOS Enkel were assisting. I went AFK, and was told by Enkel to add BOS in my name. Even though I changed my name, he destroyed the silo. (BOS Enkel1) Was my name. (This specific situation shouldn't matter because he isn't allowed to destroy it, rather he should have warned me about it.) The main situation is that he claimed that Silos are supposed to be spawned with a certain amount of government on, claiming that this was on MOTD. We asked him information for this situation, and he did not provide any reason to his claim. Not only did he respond to an administrative position in sheer bias of his role, but he destroys the silo after making a false rule that isn't in MOTD. (TL;DR) his argument was that because X Government is not on, you can't spawn the Money Silo. He fabricated the rule and proceeded to gaslight me by reverting his whole argument over his fallacy of me supposedly not having my name as BOS, even though it was there. Emery didn't even get reimbursed, and Dark didn't acknowledge that he abused his powers. If he took responsibility, instead of trying to point it at him not having BOS in his name afterwards (gaslight, as his original argument was based on a fabrication, so he looked for anything else), which still does not give him that right, he just said that to justify it, even though that does not justify him noclipping in and destroying it (a verbal warning saying he should change to BOS at most). I told Emery to change exactly when he came back from being AFK, and so he did. So him bringing that up does not work as a method to try to escape responsibility. If he'd taken responsibility and reimbursed him with the money lost, Emery would've probably not have made this staff report. From personal experience, if you don't even have the decency to take responsibility after a fuckup, then in my eyes, you should not be in a position of power. That was a mistake and something that I will freely admit. I got on staff because i wanted to get on staff. I did destroy it but not because of a gov cap or that i was mad or anything im not that shallow. You still did break the rule that the person placing the silo must have the family name of the person that owns the base. There's a fine line where you do things the right way and the wrong way. You chose the wrong way Dark. Honestly I have no hard feeling against you, actually I think your chill man. And yes this involves my family but I'm legit the least biased as I'm not afraid to strike/members me, my members, or punish anyone involved in some manner to my family. My members once watched me strike myself in my own family because I once broke a rule of the family. I'm pretty sure it's written in a staff handbook that staff cannot intervene in role-play situations. I know rules on their part are broken. However I'd just let the situation play out then after it was done, give a verbal. Honestly, this didn't warnt to noclip and destroy a silo. If there was multiple silos then I'd understand destroying a few or if it was game breaking by lagging the server, affecting a players experience (besides their feelings being hurt), ect. Honestly I don't feel Dark should be removed, I'd rather leave this as a lesson to be learned. If he gets a strike or a demotion in staffing ranks that's fair. I feel if he got strikes it'll keep other staff members online and remind them that no one is above the rules set by SMT and Zeeptin and to remind them to read the rules often as there's quiet a few staff members I feel whos hardly ever read the MOTD and makes up rules on the spot half of the time.
