(100+ WORDS): I deserve to be a juggernaut i have a lot of time played on this server. I worked hard to get where i am today. I always work hard i even been recommended to join some high-ranking jobs in the site. I'm a great shot i gave great skills in this site. I listen very well. Lastly, I've listened to my higher ups that's why I've been here for so long cause of the players actions and how fun they make it so i try to stay calm all the time which is good under pressure which others don't have a good time at. 11. No i am still at the same rank i always been and i have to listen to my higher ups because they have more right to it because they have more experience.

  6. What you want to see? - When GENSEC has too much security online it tends to get very congested behind the barricades. This can be especialy dangerous when Class-D Attempt to get past it. More friendly Fire happens and more damage is caused. When Baracades (D-Block) Gets too congested with GENSEC, some of the higher ranking officers should be able to send some lower ranks (Such as OFC and LCPL) To 173's cell to guard it and prevent a LCZ disaster. They could also send some too medbay to keep things in order there Why should we add it? -I think its a good idea and prevents damage to barricades What are the advantages of having this? - More area's of LCZ are defended. What you want to see? - Higher pay for gensec/ more ammunition Why should we add it? - Cause the amount of riots and ammo spent combined with the 60$ hour is to long (for me at least) and i run out ammo which makes me have to do long sits on scp's doing nothing.   8. Hello today (10/13/2019) I will be suggesting that we make some improvements to how the D-Block barrier positions / post are dealt with in regards to how the SO's are posted on them. Over my course of playing on the general security force I have undoubtedly witness a lack of efficiency in our ability to swiftly and effectively adapt to drastic changes of class-D behavior specifically from compliant Class-D to rioting Class-D. The change in behavior I am talking about is for example: when class-D suddenly go from being compliant to violently rioting in a large number. Even if we have sufficient numbers to deal with the drastic switch in behavior we still suffer losses due to inefficient positioning. What I suggest is that we develop a set of new formations specific to D-Block and the barriers behind the fence in which bar Class-D from moving to L.C.Z.. I heavily encourage people to modify and adapt this idea as I acknowledge that my ideas are not perfect. To allow for these formations to be adapted smoothly I suggest that we teach them to high ranking security (SFC+) often manage D-Block. informing them about the positions, when to order them to be taken and how to organize the gen-sec efficiently and swiftly according to the position. Here are some ideas for formations please forgive the crudeness of the visual. Post Statement: these visuals are simply to help communicate the idea and are subject to judgment by peers remember that I encourage everyone to innovate on this idea to better improve it and it's adaptation into gen-sec.
  9. Step 1. Be a trainee. Step 2. Change your name to "Security Trainee [Name]". Step 3. Get trained. Step 4. Get tested. Step 5. Get promoted for good conduct. Step 6. Get demoted for bad conduct.
  10. What you want to see? - The ability to buy a gas mask for at least SGT+ or trainers. Why should we add it? - Because whenever certain classes on the server are in D-block fighting, it can very commonly result in security being killed in spawn. If this happens without proper staff on, then not only do they get killed in spawn, but trainees can get killed as well, thus being my reasoning for SGT+ or trainers being able to do so. What are the advantages of having this? - There would be less spawn damage to a branch that already has an almost impossibly far checkpoint to receive medical supplies, at least when D-class/CI/SCPs are blocking their only entrance there, but it would also allow trainees to not be killed.   11. What you want to see? -> I would like to add a Security Medical Division that is basically a branch controlled by the GenSec command members I have added to my custom class. In short I have made a Custom Class and with that I am going to change it up over time to be a sort of command member job to a new GenSec division which I want to call The Security Medical Division (SMD). This division would be a medical class focused on healing General Security during DOWN TIME from D-Class riots. I am in no way encouraging any combat healing but simply making a division to help assist Field Medic's in D-Block. Now that brings up another point I have and that is that Field Medic's would always have priority if they are on and Medic's are encouraged to not engage in healing other GenSec members until the Field Medic flags off and or leave's D-Block for another reason. In shorts this division would not really need to be on and there should only be around 3 active at most not including SMD Command Members part of the Custom Class I made which I can limit if it becomes a problem. Why should we add it? -> I think this should be added because this would assist GenSec when there is no Field Medic's on to assist us or 999 is also inactive. (Btw I don't think having SMD would need to flag down for 999 they should be busy with testing) This class will be healing GenSec like I previously mentioned in between riots and or downtime which will get us ready for the next wave or incoming riot of either one D-Class or twenty. Also I know that for those that have achieved the rank of CPL in GenSec you do spawn with a medical kit but again that is a specific job that you can't always trust to be on. Finally another reason it should be added is that Enlisted and NCO's can't leave D-Block without permission and if there is no command on or CPL's or Field Medic's on that means no one in D-Block can heal themselves and wave after wave of D-Class will eventually break through. By the way it might seem rare for there to be no Command, CPL's, or Field Medic's on but I have been in plenty of times on the server where none are on and it gets crazy fast and usually require's MTF support because of how out of hand things get which they have medic's most of the time luckily. Oh and if there is any MTF Medic's on while SMD Medic's are on I would suggest that they team together to keep everyone healed up and or just focus on their own divisions. Tell me which one you would rather! What are the advantages of having this? -> Advantages to having this added is that this leaves more opportunities for Enlisted and NCO's to be in D-Block instead of waiting NLR because there was no medical personnel to heal them up. This also add's more opportunities for NCO's as if they were able to join SMD it would be a good balance as instead of giving GenSec medical kids as they are gone once you pass the rank of CPL we have a division that would be trained to do their job and not interrupt Field Medic's trying to do their job. What I am trying to say is that the problem won't be solved by giving medkit's to GenSec because that ruins the purpose of Field Medic's but yet you also can't have no rank in GenSec have Medical Kits as they would have to rely solely on 999 and or Field Medic's which is how it is right now excluding the CPL rank which is not a reliable source to have on 24/7 when 999 or FM's are not on.
