Why should we keep you:
I should be kept as I am active and devoted to EMS and the community as a whole as well as I have high respect for the department as a whole. Another reason I should remain EMS is so that I can help it thrive and grow to be and stay just as great as Kade and others have made it.

No Problem, it's a honor to help you in EMS and thank you for giving me and others the opportunity to help you in this amazing department. I hope it will keep growing and thriving and that you will return the Cheif, and I think I speak for all of Command here but I hope EMS is just as good as you left it when you return as are Cheif.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) In total on record I have 5 weeks on the server. I feel I should be a staff member on this Community as I very rarely get into or cause problems for the server. Another reason is that I am active most days unless school permits and on weekends and some weekdays I can be on later in the night. I am very respectful and dedicated member to Gaminglight and the Community as a whole, since I have been with Gaminglight I loved it as well as the members that make/made it what it is today. I also have experience handling large amounts of staff calls at once and feel more than capable of handling situations to the best resolution. I believe another reason I should be allowed into staff is I am very mature (Most of the time) and enjoy dealing with many different people in the server and community. I also have great leadership skills and respect skills that I have gained over time. I am also able to adapt to any new settings or changes to the server considering I have been with Gaminglight for 2/3 years of change and development. Through my time with Gaminglgiht I have also learned to become familiar with many of the wonderful members of this community and made even more amazing friends because of this community, and I would love to make a great and lifetime experience for devoted members who join this community and give them an opportunity to make a great and long-lasting memory of this community. I am also in the process of learning spanish so I can deal with others who don't speak english and explain to them what's going on, why they are in a sit, trouble, etc. Finally I won't to be staff so I can keep watching this amazing Community expand and keep spreading amazing experiences for the new, old, and returning members of this server. An even one day be able to help the future of this wonderful community help it grow and change just like those before me.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I will begin by asking them politly to be nice and calm down. After if they keep cursing at me I will then mute/gag them proceeding to tell them why they are in the sit. Once this is done I will unmute/gag them if they keep cursing I will minge them according to how many people they killed and the amount of disrespect. I will then inform them about the minge before letting them go.

Why should you be promoted? : I feel I should be promoted because, I have given GL 3 years in the Rockford Police Department. Through these 3 years I have experienced many situations and feel capable of handling many task where a lower rank needs help or guidance to better there experience. I also have lots of experience with training cadets as well as giving help to other ranks in need of a hand. As well as the experience I have on PoliceRP I also worked with GL US Navy as a Commander, having this as a experience allows me to have better control over bigger amounts of people that sometimes others can't handle as well. During my time as a Sergeant Major I have trained many cadets who are now or were members of Command, I have showed lower ranks better ways to perform task and to better handle tough situations by using there best judgment. Another thing is that I am willing to take responsiblity for my actions as I have showed many staff and other players in the past. As a LT I want to show players how great of a experience this Community can be if they give it a chance and that they also will one day have a shot at applying for LT if they work hard enough. If I am promoted to the rank of LT I can make a attempt to up my activity more than what it was to be there in case anyone is ever in need of help. Finally I feel I should be promoted to the rank of LT is that I am willing to work hard for the things I desire or want even if they means I must give to gain, I also feel I can give promotions/demotions only when the person is deserving of said promotion/demotion and handle this privallage with care.

Questions:
What is something that we can do to increase the activity within State Department? Make state more unique by adding something others don't have to give people a goal to reach in state.
Are there anything you would like to see for State Department? (What can we do to improve the future of the State Department). Set goals to give people motive not just hey get on and ill give you this but something to work for or something that can be achieved with effort.
