I believe I should be a command member because. I'm active everyday maybe not everyday because sometimes im doing stuff but I'm always free to do anything at any time. I have also been in maintenance for 2 months now and I have learned what to do. I have also been made a Hlpr bot gamma and I have learned the basics of what to do as a Lcmd in Hlpr. Another reason I believe I should be in command is because I know how to be a command member as I am a 1LT in security and I know this is not security this is maintenance so command is different in this branch. I also know how to look out for new people in maintenance and know what to expect from them when promoting them. I have also been thinking about joining maintenance command for 2 months now and trying to think if I was ready to apply for this position. If they are refusing to return to the training room I would give them a warning and to tell him to comeback to the training room if they still don't listen then I would say come back in like a week and try again after they learned how to be respectful and then I would demote them and put them on a DNT for a week because they did not listen. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would ask them why they are doing this If they say just to pass time I would tell them that this is not alright unless it is down hours and I would tell them to please stop and give them a verbal warning If they continue to do this I would ask them why did they do that again then if they said the same thing I would say I told you to stop and you didn't listen then I would strike them for RDMing in bunks and then tell the JM that you are be removed from maintenance because you are on a 1 strike policy and then I would tell the MJ If you keep doing this I will have no choice to initiate a strike/removal from maintenance. Then if the MJ keep doing it I would strike/remove them because they are on a 2-strike policy and this is your 2nd strike then I would tell them that you are being removed from maintenance because of RDM. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would ask the to read over the SOP again and then tell them to see what rules they have broken when you are reading the SOP and since he is a JM I would not strike them because they are new to maintenance and still learning the ropes. I would also tell them if they try to do it again since they know what they did last time I would strike them and initiate a removal from maintenance because they are on a 1 strike system as a JM. I like to talk with the community and like to interact with them as much as much as I can by staying in populated areas. I also want to show that I also love this server and all gaming light servers and think its a cool server overall admins are good people are amazing and everything and want to try to be a good person and proven they have. I also just want to make staffing better for people because I know from personal experience how overwhelming and exhausting the game can be by just doing ticket after ticket and feeling like your the only staff online. I would Ask them To kindly stop with the foul words and if they do not listen, I will gag them and then I would have to ask an admin+ for assistants and also let them understand that they will get a punishment which is a Formal Warning and a 5 day Ban Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated, and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? First, I would pull all the people away and put them in different corners. I would then talk to each of them one by one to get all the sides of the story. I would then talk with another staff or review everything by myself. I would then gag all of them and bring them back to the center and explain everything and what I think would be fair. Depending on what happened and what punishment is needed, I would call a higher up to help hand out of the punishments.

I also want to help and keep people happy like my branch of Security and host some events for the people of the server and I was once event team for a little bit and want to join back. But in the distance, or behind glass. Preferably in HCZ, or larger areas in LCZ. The point of this event is to get people to look behind their back and make them think they are constantly being watched. 990 would swiftly disappear before any personnel get too close. The event would last anywhere from 20-30 mins before 990 would vanish without a trace. Only leaving a constant feeling of being watched or spied on. A simple yet fun event.

If there was clear evidence then I would inform the player what the are doing is against the servers rules and would give them a formal warning. If there was no evidence then I would let him go with a verbal warning.

(Screenshot): 0 Why do you want to join event team? I love heavy RP events and I already recommend a lot of fun event ideas, I see a lot of combat RP events and would prefer having more fun for everyone events or branch specific events so everyone gets love. Why should you be trusted to be part of the Event Team?: I am a very serious player on the server and would love to learn how to do events and help keep activity up and get all branches utilized for events. I would only play on event team when doing event team duties. Are you familiar/experiences with ULX?: I am not and would love to be trained in the process for it. Describe an event you could create (Be specific): I have already recommended event ideas like utility/research being turned into vampires and a pirate crab escaping with his booty to the surface. There is a ton of ideas I can create like taking an under-utilized SCP from the wiki and throwing it into the site and seeing how people would react. Like SCP-2598 bumping into a researcher in morse code and having everyone communicate with it and finding out there is a danger to the foundation that they must investigate which ends up it being just trying to sell its moth helmet to them for a payment plan that they can afford and foundation staff need to roll off against it to either pay for moth helmets or not. Though that would be hard with the current models available. A much easier option is SCP 1370 which would attempt to fight people and be utterly useless in combat as it tries to engage in combat and finds itself unable to fight and can use a robot model for it and just watch as it tries to fight people that insult it but cannot do any damage. Ultimately ending with it failing and getting returned to a CC.

I like this branch mainly because it has 2 very strong points that the server holds, roleplay, and PvP.
