Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): To start off, I have been in the PD department for a great amount of time. Initially, I joined PD for fun, but over the time of me being on the server and joining staff, I have built strong relationships with members from various departments, including high command and low command. I am a reliable and responsible member, capable of doing what I'm told to do and distinguishing right from wrong. My experience as a member of SRT and the staff team has taught me the importance of professionalism and how to handle various situations, regarding the circumstances upon me. I am highly active and attend most PD meetings. I am prepared to mentor others as a LT and to enforce discipline, when necessary, but also to learn from my higher ups. Ultimately, I'm confident I'm ready to share my knowledge, carry out my responsibilities, and to maintain a professional attitude. I am fully committed to giving my best for the Rockford Police Department.
