Moreover you do not hold a staff rank on SCP-RP, as such Silence is able to issue warnings to you; your RP and staff rank on other servers unfortunately has no bearing on punitive actions on SCP-RP. Thank you for all the hard work you put into Medical during it's time of need, rarely does the server see the level of competency and dedication in High Command that you demonstrated. I remember you going for Surgeon and being one of the rising stars in the branch, your time in Medical has only made it a better place. Keep your head high and your spirits higher; great things will surely follow you.

I think this could bring more RP to the combatant branchs by making interrogations/hostage situations more common. It is already possible to strip someone who is not cuffed through a standard contested roll; adding the option of a tackle with contested roll and the ability to tap comms seems reasonably fair to both sides. On the fence about the roll bonus, I really think having more interrogations/hostage situations would be a good thing for all branchs involved and a roll bonus would discourage going for certain targets. +Support
