Sometimes it evens get to a point where even 10 gov is not enough (mainly the base). However ya i think maybe around 6 gov should be a good point for it to be at. Possibly even 10 explaining how much money you can get.

It would give State something special that doesn’t make it feel like an upgraded PD. The radar guns would be perfect for this city. + Support

To my knowledge, I think 4 - 5 people (including Illusions) have this bug right now and it’s being worked on.

I also really liked being a Forum Diplomat because it gave another group of people for me to talk to from other servers but still in the community so we could relate more. I believe with my experience of already being a Forum Diplomat and also just having a general knowledge of the forums would make me a great addition to the team again. If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision?: Yes, as a staff member there is a lot of times where you have to judge what the right move is. There is plenty of times where I've had to make hard choices in terms of warns and jails. There has been multiple times that I remember me having to gather multiple people to gain evidence of a situation to figure out the punishment if one was to be handed out. It took around 10 mins but eventually I got my evidence and gave the wrongdoer a ban (this was back when I was JMT). Many times have I also been through helping a new staff member with a sit and I wanted to do do right and show them how to do something. After a while of contemplating and talking with other staff and reading over rules and punishments, I came to my conclusion. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers?: Hide all their posts, message a Senior Diplomat about it to give them the punishment. If needed I would DM higher up (Frog / head diplomat if it is super severe and only as a last result). How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal?: Post a "Forum Diplomat Message" that would go along the lines of "Keep posts here relative to the original post and keep arguments out of Forums."

Ok so coming from a crim side and how I think with only 1 min it could be super gov sided, I have 2 ways to possibly make it even: 1. 2 min NLR instead of 3, we meet in the middle here 2. Govs NLR depends on the amount of crim raiding. For example on how we have gas limits and gas can only be thrown once a certain limit is reached. I think with this, it could potentially make it even to the fact of evening it out for both sides.

You have shown improvements recently and of which greatly help you in your adventure to become staff. However I think that maybe with a couple more weeks or maybe just even days would help make you better and turn all these -supports into +supports. However at this time, I don’t see you fit YET. - Support

100% this man should’ve already been senior admin. Ganta is extremely helpful and is really active which both of those together are perfect in any staff member. As well as him being a part of the staff team for 9 months is just great. I mean from my experience with Ganta, I believe he deserves this position. + Support
