It is a well written application with a lot of thought put into it, Snail has my support as they are a fun member of Gaminglight and would make a great member of the staff team. Not only does Snail have experience but also answered the questions with great answers and shows how much he wants to become a trial moderator.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length):
I deserve Trial Moderator because I am a very active member of the community and I feel like I am a pretty nice guy if you get to know me. I've been a part of this community for quite some time and I wish to help even more than I have before, get people more comfortable on the server. I'll try to keep it as minge free as possible and keep the players happy when they're trying to roleplay. I'm here to show how much this community means to me by being able to become a staff member, I think the amount of time I've put into the community already speaks pretty loudly. I always try my best to be respectful to those around me, and always try to have fun. However, I'm not afraid to put my foot down when something crosses the line, and I definitely don't shy away from giving people the punishment that they deserve for their actions.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?:
I would, first of all, bring the person to a sit then I would attempt to have them calm down and if they continue to curse at me I would gag them then explain the situation and give them a formal warning for Disrespect and Mass RDM+ a 5-day ban.

Snow is the best Officer and leader I have seen in my experience, he is always doing his best to ensure the people in IC are having an enjoyable time, he hosts countless sims and training so that there is always something to do, and is laid-back when being serious is not called for. Snow is also a perfect leader, he knows how to deal with any situation as an unbiased, levelheaded third party, and, even when someone is clearly in the wrong, will hear their side of the story before making any decisions. He is the perfect fit to be Vice Commander, he has all the traits needed and is eager to help the existing command team improve and expand the Imperial Commandos

3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?
I want to become a Vice Admiral because I want to help the branch more as well as encourage more leadership out of both enlisted, nco, and supervisors. I have leadership capabilities and a reputation in the Naval. When I became a supervisor again from reserves, I made sure to do as many tryouts as possible and supervise the enlisted,nco and give them sectors. I am active on the server trying every day to be online if I'm not currently at work. I am looking for more opportunities for leadership and responsibility. I would like the Naval to work together a lot more with other battalions. The teamwork in this naval branch. I would like them to do more missions training and sims. As you everyone know I was Admiral of the Navy when I was promoted to Senior Commander but unfortunately, I decided to resign because of real-life work and my health. I would like to say I know what was my responsibility and duties as a command member of the Navy.

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?
Vice Admiral is to update rosters and promote enlisted, nco, and supervisors who surpass expectations and correct or punish those who fall short of them. I would be expected to be a role model to all other naval members and to always uphold a high standard of myself and those around me. They are to help Supervisors with training and sims and make sure they are doing their job. They are to make sure any and all Supervisors are hitting quota at all times. As leadership is something that is required for this position I would like to include it here. I believe leadership is a key part of becoming a Vice Admiral and believe I can uphold this standard. The purpose of the Vice Admiral is to be like a branch between the Admirals and the rest of the Naval. We are to make sure everything is being done as it needs to be. As a naval Vice Admiral, your job is to listen to ideas and reports or recommendations for promotions/Demotions and or strikes.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander?
There are a multitude of reasons I can come up with of why I am trustworthy in a command position:
Reputation:
I believe it is fit to bring my reputation I've built up so far into this.
As I've received 0 warnings during my playtime.
I am confident the majority of people would say I've followed the rules during my entire playtime.Leadership skills:
I believe I have very good leadership skills.
I was a Admiral of Navy so im believe i was good leader
Every time was in command on ISD.
I am confident the majority of people would say I've followed the rules during my entire. With my time currently as a Supervisor, I would say things have gone mostly smoothly in the sense I do not believe I have caused any issues. In Supervisory so far, I have passed the general quota. Overall, the most important thing I would say is that I do not disrespect any battalion.I have learned many things such as command, respecting high ranks, cooperating, and being trustful. I'm sure I've convinced everyone that I fit into this position.
7. How often can you be online?
4-5 hours every day if im not in work at weekend.
8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?)
I have no warnings on the server at all.

Trey did indeed used to be Saber Guard Caedes, an officer in Saber Guard. However, he was largely inactive, and didnt do anything to better the sub-branch. He never once tried to recruit any members, nor did he hold any tryouts, or even attempt to. I know he is in a different time zone, but at least attempt to do your job. You werent given a position to sit there and do nothing with it. I ran the battalion almost exclusively by myself, with very little help from Trey. At least once, as his fellow officer, I had to deal with issues caused by him antagonizing the battalions other sub-branch, Shadow Guard, Including once where a shadow guard officer informed me that Trey had openly RDM'd a bunch of them.
He transferred to Naval shortly after I was promoted to Primus and began to seek out trouble directly with me. At one point he abused his power as an SO and arrested me in response to my completely valid KOS of another player, and he should have known it was a valid KOS since he was a former Elder Guard. I had to go to the nearest Naval Command member on, which at the time happened to be High Admiral Jabronie, who had to force him to unarrest me and to whom Trey directly stated that he arrested me because he was envious that I got promoted to Primus.
