    I don't know Kio too closely but I have had many experiences with him.

    To many troopers he may be a controversial leader, but I think there needs to be a little controversy in order for any command to function.

    From what I've seen, Kio puts in a lot of work with Nova and I'm sure he'd bring that work ethic over to high command.

    I've heard people say that Kio is rude, every situation that I have been around Kio where the outcome is a trooper saying he is rude, Kio was in the right. For instance, having to repeat yourself 5, 6, 7, 8 or more times just to get one of your own troops to stand on a wall would frustrate me a little too, so I understand if he raises his voice in situations like that. 

    Kio is always giving feedback to troopers on the sever. I think anyone who has attend a public debrief before knows, if Kio is on the stage, he will have a PTS with a voice amp and will inform the troops on what they did well on the mission.

    All in all, I think Kio is an excellent choice for Marshal Commander

    3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

    I want to become a Rear Admiral because I want to help the branch more as well as encourage more leadership out of both enlisted and supervisors. I have leadership capabilities and a reputation in the Naval. When I first time joined the naval, I always did my job well and always listened to the orders of my higher-ups. When I became a supervisor, I made sure to do as many tryouts as possible and supervise the enlisted and give them sectors. I am active and on the server, every day, and I am looking for more opportunities for leadership and responsibility. I would like the Naval to work together a lot more with other battalions. The teamwork in this naval branch is good but it can be better than it currently is. I would like them to do more missions training and sims.

    4. How much game time do you have on the server?

    2 weeks = 385 hours+

    5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

    One purpose of a Rear Admiral is to oversee Naval supervisors and enlisted. They are to help Supervisors with training and sims and make sure they are doing their job. They are to make sure any and all Supervisors are hitting quota at all times. As leadership is something that is required for this position I would like to include it here. I believe leadership is a key part of becoming a Rear Admiral and believe I can uphold this standard. The purpose of the Rear Admiral is to be like a branch between the Admirals and the rest of the Naval. We are to make sure everything is being done as it needs to. As a naval Rear Admiral, your job is to listen to ideas and reports or recommendations for promotions/Demotions and or strikes.

    6. Why should we trust you to be a commander?

    I should be trusted with Rear Admiral because I am a good leader and I am very helpful with certain problems. I believe it is fit to bring the reputation I've built up so far into this. As I've received 0 warnings during my playtime. I am confident the majority of people would say I've followed the rules during my entire. With my time currently as a Supervisor, I would say things have gone mostly smoothly in the sense I do not believe I have caused any issues. In Supervisory so far, I have passed the general quota. Overall, the most important thing I would say is that I do not disrespect any battalion. In the two months, I have been captain, I have learned many things such as command, respecting high ranks, cooperating, and being trustful. I'm sure I've convinced everyone that I fit into this position.

    7. How often can you be Online?

    4-5+ hours every day.

    8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?)

    I have no warnings on the server at all.

    Sauce is an incredible Naval personnel. He, alongside Steel, have continued to represent Security Officers well and prove that it produces some of the greatest in the branch. He is an exceptionally hard worker, personable, and overall an incredible guy. Whilst I would miss him on the SO team, he would make a great addition to the Board of Admiralty.

    What specialty are you applying for?

    Security Officer

    What Naval HC (Commodore+) gave you permission to apply?

    What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?

    I will mainly work on tryouts and simulations.

    The reason for this is so that I can assist the battalion NCO+ in bringing in new trainees as well as keeping the troopers both engaged and working hard. 

    Hosting simulations will enable me to keep troopers actively playing and improving not only their combat skills but also teamwork and relations within the battalion. 

    I will encourage our battalions to be on their best behavior but also motivate them to continue working and not only help themselves but also others.

    Why should you be trusted with this position?

    I have several hundred hours on this server.

    With all of my experience, I have never abused my powers as a Naval officer or let my emotions get the better of me while on the server.

    I have had 0 strikes in all of the battalions that I have served in and I intend on keeping it that way.

    I try to stay friendly, humble, and respectful to all of those I encounter while on the job.

    Why do you want this rank?

    I want to help improve the specialty to the best of my ability.

    I believe I am ready for the position of security officer and desire the rank since I know I'd do great things with the position.

    Yes, I do understand.

    What is your purpose within your assigned branch?

    To maintain security on the ISD and working with regiments like shock and DT to ensure high standards and to ensure that the security is maintained through working closely with these regiments as a kind of overseer/advisor that will help them to ensure security is capable and up.

    I would like to become Rear Admiral for many reasons:

    1. Activity

    I am on almost every day and I´m not afk during naval job

    I´m finally back from exams so i believe my activity will grow up.

    2. Leadership skills

    I have leadership capabilities and a reputation in the Naval.

    I wish to become a Rear Admiral in order to take up a larger leadership role.

    Aswell I wish to update our roster, documents, and many other things to make them better for the battalion.

    I was a few times in command of the pits and everyone was with me happy/satisfied.
