(Can be any length): I believe anyone can be deserved of a rank if they are mature enough, It's not about experience or if they have been staff before, its if the person is willing to be apart of a team and keep their powers in check and not abuse them, that's a person who deserves to be apart of the staff team. And I proved it once before that I can be an asset to the staff team, I want to be that once more. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First of all, attempt to de-escalate the situation, ensure the player who was Mass RDMing is frozen so they cannot attempt to kill the victim who made the report. Then inform the player who was Mass RDMing that if they continue cursing at me they will either be muted or gagged (depending on their method of communication) and inform them that I will be bring an Admin+ to issue a warning an a 5 day ban for Mass RDM.

BST What can you bring to Shock as a NCO? I am always on when I am not busy and in those times that I am on the server, I'm either sitting at brig or on my other whitelists being bored. Overall I just would like to become an NCO again as I have way too much free-time and in those times I can do shock tryouts consistently (following cooldown obviously) also I think most new enlisted aren't really trained efficiently or haven't been given the entire run-down of how things work, And I would also like to be a available resource for any and all Enlisted, as I am chill and very approachable person to ask questions towards. Why should you be trusted? I have been a Shock NCO previously (Resigned on my own account) and I believe that I did what was expected of me and I did what my job entailed, I am also a Vice Commander, which most people don't take into account, but I will put it there so it is known, I am not one to with-hold serious subjects and will provide it to the right people, I am reliable person, I am not a dishonest person. How much time do you have on the server?: Played since 29th January 2022. I have 2 weeks IN-GAME playtime. How well do you know the LORE? Explain: I would say my LORE knowledge is quite average, I have watched many of the shows and movies countless times, as well as I have played on the StarWars RP game mode for the past 3 years (5000+ Total Gmod time spent, the other remaining probably to DarkRP.) But If I slip up on knowledge I will strive to reach and learn it. Why do you WANT to become a Gamemaster?: I think my past Gamemaster experience on this server speaks for this question. But I do hope that I can re-bring my dedication back to the Gamemaster Team on the server and even though I will be a Trial Gamemaster, it doesn't mean I can't make awesome Passive Events. Also as of recently, I have fucked my sleeping pattern so I can do events on early in the day and night so hope that will help the server in the long run, since I left Gamemaster, I have seen a lot of repetitive events and I would like to switch it up and create new ideas for events. Why should you be trusted to be a Game Master?: If not already stated above, All I want to do is get back on the Gamemaster train and ride it all day and night, pulling every event for the server I can and make them as fun as possible, Also with me spending countless hours on the server I can be as dedicated as needs be and do events when needed, Also I have been Gamemaster before so If I was trusted then, I guess I can be trusted again? [ +Support ] - Event Ideas are good. - Active and I see you around communicating with people. - Average time for someone to apply for staff / gamemaster (I applied with like 4 days playtime I believe.) - I believe you can do well, everything is a learning experience, I trust with a little bit of guidance, you will skyrocket through Gamemaster and your Roleplay ranks. - I would for certain watch a few Starwars Movies or even some of the series on Disney+ to learn some lore.   6. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : LSL Cinder Death SAIF72 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Inferno Squadron 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I have been in the Inferno Squad ever since I joined the server and never have mained another battalion. I kept working hard without looking for a promotion or even a shoutout. I did it because I cared about my battalion and the people within it. I have a lot of dedication for the squad and want to maintain the work that Ted and Matrix have put into the Battalion and build further off of it to make IF thrive more and more. I also want to make sure that all of my agents are ready for the battles that they will have. The leadership roles that they will achieve in the future, the people that they are going to be leading. I would work to the best of my ability so that every agent gains this ability. Secondly because it is my new goal to achieve to want to lead a battalion and make sure it is the best one ever I will attempt everything to make the Battalion the best it can achieve and focus on everyone while in a Command position I will complete all duties and directives given to me, next I will make the battalion stable with everything and everyone enjoying it and hopefully increase the amount of IF numbers! And while in the position I will focus on the priority's which need to be done and complete roster updates when needed. Thirdly, I have spent my time working my way up the chain in both army (Shock before I resigned) and now Inferno. I have been spending time working on/with Intelligence Officers and now Sharpshooters. I will start working with the Command Team and possibly the Naval Command team to hopefully put something together and make things fun for all Naval. I think I should be Vice Commander of Inferno Squad due to the constant stream of work I have or am attempting put forward trying to not only improve Inferno Squad it self but its reputation with the other battalions and groups on the server. Also, I would like to state, I don't care about rankings, I care about health of whatever battalion I am in, and If it needs that tiny little push to success I will be there, holding its hand gradually getting there, I am applying for the Command's Sake, not my own, I care about Inferno as it is my home. My family, and I will do whatever is necessary to help out. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 1 week playtime, but I’ve been playing on the server for around 4 - 6 weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Commander is to assist the other command members and the Commander / Overseer in anyway possible, making sure everything is up to date and keeping every member of the regiment are following the SOP’s and Guidelines. Keeping a professional and mature relationship with the regiment to show and be a role model to each and every member of the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Because I will work on/know the following: Battalion retention - Keeping the newest agents to keep on coming back instead of leaving once they are trained or reach the rank of SGT or before that. Sense of achievement - When an NCO or an Officer reaches a rank, they should feel some sort of achievement instead of just gaining a higher rank. Relations with other battalions - I want it so that it isn’t awkward or feel weird when our battalion asks to have joint training. I want to make sure that between battalions, we are all well connected and comfortable with each other. Appreciation for Hard work: I want to make sure that when someone works hard for something that they get appreciated for that work. That could be as low as being active, up to getting a lot of recruitments during the week. How to do roster work and how coding works, (I take IT & Computing in college) And have been working with Google Spreadsheets / Forms for over 2 years and I would be able to update the roster probably every 5 - 10 minutes whenever a roster-update is needed. And I believe that will take most of the stress off of the Command Team and help out majorly. Mainly: I will be finding a new members to join the Battalion, Chasing up on tryouts and trainings to keep the battalion alive and attempt to push things through the roof for the battalions activity. Next step will be furthering with the plans to work with the DT and other BO battalions adding newer situations adapting how the server is changing. I'd also like to start doing interrogation trainings with IF & DT, speaking with them and showing them some RP that will grantee the best experience for that aspect of RP (I will be in contact with all of those related in DT command). After that will be general improvements of the squad and a far fetched idea but still on the agenda would be finding a model for future officer positions. 7.   7. +SUPPORT This is going to be a long one so if you have time, I recommend you read this whole thing, because its the truth: Ever since Locus joined Inferno Squad, he has always been there for the regiment and is there in 'spirit' so to call, He is active through Teamspeak / Ingame and Discord, which is a plus side to his positions when he was Inferno Squad, and as of now to being an officer in Death Troopers, His support while he was in Inferno Squad was quite difficult to match, In my opinion Locus can be an extremely close and loyal friend, but to those on his bad side, (I guess that's your fault and not his) too bad. He was an asset toward Inferno Squad and I wish him well in his future endeavors within the Gaminglight Community, I will always stick by these words and what Locus is doing for this Server and the positions he is going or Will go for is undoubtedly the best choice in the aspect of everything, He will be a great M36 [Maybe better than Racc O_O] and overall will be the best Death Trooper Officer and Medic, Best of Luck, Hope you go far. Since — 01/31/2022 So close to a month. Why Do You Want To Become An Officer? [150+ Words] I want to become an Officer, because I believe I have all the necessary qualities to be in the position of Junior Squad Lead. I have lots of experience on the server and I have had a very successful experience as an NCO and have gotten to learn a lot about the people currently in Inferno Squad, with Inferno Squad Command building a strong squad of active, good members that have fun role playing in Inferno Squad. I focus on the roleplay aspect of the squad as we have no other 'major' responsibilities as a squad/battalion. I will attempt to ensure that we have good relations with other regiments and ensure communication with our current members of Inferno Squad, and I will still have a lot of drive to stay in this position and in general Inferno Squad and continue my roleplay focus in this battalion and in the server in general. I am very passionate about roleplay and I am in this position mainly to lead and be a solid drive for roleplay, not just in my squad, but in the server and the community in general. If enlisted's and NCO's see officer+ roleplaying a lot, the newer players will want to follow suit and I believe it is a good incentive to stay on the server and be promoted and hope to follow in the lead of their VCMDR's+. Secondly I believe I should be Officer/JSL because I am an extremely approachable, understanding and patient person who is very passionate about roleplay and Inferno Squad. I believe my encouraging leadership style would be perfect for the regiment, as I can focus more on each individual member and encourage, helping them with their problems as they arise. I am also very dedicated, never giving up and helping as much as I can. I have good ideas for Inferno and if I was able to put these into practice it could benefit not just the squad, but the rest of the server. I also think I have a good look when it comes to the rest of the server, and people respect me. This could help bridge the gap between other battalions and Inferno, and therefore making it a better squad altogether. How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank? [100+ Words] I wish to do multiple things to assist Inferno Command: Firstly, Improve the quality of roleplay in Inferno Squad. I wish to encourage quality roleplay and provide new and inventive ways to do this that involves the rest of the server. For example I want to enforce using the Intelligence Officer whitelists we have access to a lot more, and we could work with Naval to accomplish this goal, becoming more entwined with them. This could help bridge the gap and we could work on them with missions, therefore helping Naval and IO grow, as well as just us. Secondly, I wish to improve activity in Inferno Squad. Our activity in the past few weeks has been wavy at best, however it has improved as of late, relatively. I want this to continue and not drop. To accomplish this goal I would encourage members to get on, creating specialised events/missions in the server and working with the other Officers to get our members on more. Thirdly, I wish to work with other battalions. A very simple goal, however I think it should be said. We should be more of a supporting battalion and since we have access to so much, we can put this to use and use our influence to help other battalions grow. Any extra information: Please don't punish Odin for this, it was a mistake that anyone can make, I was just more shocked it was me who got the mistake-warn lmao.

As an RG NCO and IF NCO, I can tell you that my officers can agree that I am worth it, dedication and quota efficiency wise, Whenever I am available, I do host tryouts, I am loyal to each and every one of my battalions, And I simply came back to Shock just help out, and I do wish to stay in shock for some time maybe even go forward into the shock life fully depending on certain scenarios, and I do believe my worth ethic has greatly improved since I joined the server in general, Getting back on topic to what can I bring, I think I can bring my everlasting dedication towards the regiment, my detail to small issues would be a good trait to bring, since as an Enlisted alone, I have seen a multitude of issues regarding how much new Enlisted are trained, and I hope I can be the guiding person to show each and every new Enlisted member into the shock regiment that they can easily come up to me and ask any question they may not already know, Another thing to add it my activity, I think with all my activity I can drastically increase the number of new members into shock and sims/trainings that can be done. Why should you be trusted? I think I stated most of this question above, but I will put it again, I am already NCO of two other regiments, and officers in shock can also agree that I would be a great asset into the NCO Corp, Obviously, trust isn't given instantly, trust is earned over time and experience, So if people do believe I shouldn't be an NCO for those reasons and haven't yet spoken with me before, I agree with you, watch over me and watch my work ethic, I would bring a lot of greatness into the regiment and hope I can boost your numbers and relations with others also. (Can be any length) I think my past experience speaks for this question. I do hope that I can bring a sense of humbleness and cooperation in being staff again on another star wars server and even though I will be a low range staff member, it doesn't mean I can't help out and share my experience with other staff members and players. Also with me not having a fixed sleeping pattern I will usually be on the server very early or late. Since I joined I have seen a lot of minging and just people breaking server rules in general going on while other staff are AFK or don't want to deal with it, or in rare cases, staff are the ones minging and I do hope that I can help fix or if in dire scenario's report that issue and help with any problems that may occur if I get accepted for interview for Trial Moderator. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I will first, be calm and not yell or be rude as It will look bad on myself and on the server/staff team, I will politely ask them to stop and calm down, if they do not stop, I will ask them again to stop otherwise they will be muted/gagged, and if they stop, I will go through the admin logs of their kills, count up how many they have and make sure to screenshot the amount for proof later on to file a ticket / discord request for a ban, I will then continue to ask them why they killed so many people, If they are intending to not roleplay ever [NITRP] I will explain to them what will be happening as I make A+ ticket, if there is any online at the time and allow them to follow out the punishment.
