1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Ω MAJ 1309 Niner Skirata 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commandos as VCMDR Scorch 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I have numerous reasons why I want to become a VCMDR of the Imperial Commandos. Here are only some of the reasons. Full Command team: I want to achieve VCMDR Scorch to have a complete Delta Squad and CMD team so IC can get the most amount of help it can get with the most competent people possible. My Love for the Commandos: The Imperial Commandos has been my home for nearly three years on the server IC and the people in it have been my pride and joy ever since I dedicated my time on the server to its progress. The work that I have done with my brothers in CMD and Omega has prevailed even to this day, from making IC some of the best at PVP to reviving Omega, which at the time hadn't been appreciated the way it should have for 3 months before I joined. Failure: My goal within IC every time I join back is to help IC to the best of my abilities and I feel I have failed almost every time I’ve joined back as I have yet to reacquire a rank that once let me help IC tremendously but this time I will not fail IC again and getting Scorch is the next step to completing that goal. Helping Hazmat: Our CBRN unit, Hazard Control Division, is in need of a Scorch to help develop not only its documents but its general activity and more things for it to do in RP and combat on a day-to-day basis as well as making more EOD related tasks for them during events. The main purpose of a Vice commander is to be someone that supports their battalion by doing a multitude of things like making sure the roster is up to date, making sure every doc in use is updated or rewriting it if needed, and making sure that people are being active on job and performing to the best of their abilities as well as supporting those that look up to them such as the Officers, NCOs, and enlisted of the battalion ensuring that they have an environment to excel and grow within the branch. It is also their duty to crack down on those within the battalion that are causing issues for the sake of ensuring that the values of the battalion are upheld as well as enforcing the rules and regulations of the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have a few reasons to be trusted for VCMDR Number One: I have been trusted enough to be deemed fit to lead Omega Squad one of the most elite squads on the server with the highest of standards and professionalism as Niner Skirata Number Two: My experience within a multitude of different officer+ roles such as a current CPT within IC, Current ISB:IA Junior Operative, 1LT in IC, VCMDR Fixer in IC, Warrant Officer in the Star Fighters, ISB:IA Junior Operative, CPT within Death Troopers and last but not least CPT within the Shock Troopers this shows that I can and have been trusted for high ranking roles. Number Three: At the current time I have never gotten a strike for conduct unbecoming of my roles. Every time I achieve a role I have the full capabilities to keep up with said role. (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): I consider myself about as active i can be due to my work being around the same time the server is active 5. (150+ Words):My overall goal within IC is to rank up so that I may join Omega squad and maybe get VCMDR again as well as learn how IC internals run now. I want to become an officer to help IC with things like activity, sub branch tryouts, and flag ups as I think we can always use some more help for improvement within IC. I also want to represent IC and its people within missions, events, and sims as an officer. Further I want to make sure enlisted are having fun with sims and trainings that help with things like pvp, hacking, and general passive rp. Another reason for me wanting to be an officer would be to build friendships with other officers and members of command to try and reinforce our brotherhood within IC. With two of our officers moving into VCMDR spots I feel now is my shot to try and go for an officer spot to reinforce the officer core with more capable officers. 7. (100+ Words): I have a few things that make me trustworthy for officer Number one: my past experience and positions within the server as an officer or higher which shows past trust my roles include Vice Commander Fixer, IC 1LT, ISB: IA Junior Operative, SF Warrant Officer, Death Trooper CPT, Shock CPT, and Naval Lieutenant I also have had high ranks within elite sub-branches/Squads such as Omega Squad Lead Niner, Omega Squad Medic Atin, Demo Vice Lead/Deputy Hazard Supervisor, Vice Lead of Inferno Squad Gideon Hask, TI-23's Marksman V07, and Seeker Company's SGT SN04. Number two: My professionalism, I'm always professional within ingame and in TeamSpeak at all times of the day. I do not minge or support minging of any capacity and will strike down on any type of minging from any type of person. Number three: My commitment to IC and the server as a whole . I have left and come back to IC 3 times and every time I have tried to help IC, its members, and IC’s activity. When I first joined IC with a couple of friends IC was down in the dumps averaging one person a day after I had gotten NCO I decided to fully commit to IC and spent my time ranking up, I spent most of my time helping improve Omega squad by digging up old docs and bringing members in I think this in itself shows my commitment to IC in full. 8. I bring a multitude of advantages to IC and the officer core My Experience within IC: to retouch upon my previous statement, my experience within IC as a VCMDR and officer makes me useful in terms of leadership and working as a team to not only IC but the officer core as well. It shows that I know what I'm doing with officer duties without many reminders. My Training Capabilities: My training capabilities are way above average when it comes to pvp, equipment, and interrogating. I have trained in and trained people with these subjects for my entire time in IC. I love doing pvp trainings to help make IC the best at pvp on the server. I know IC’s weapons like the back of my hand and am passionate about training with them with any type of person whether that be an enlisted, an NCO, or an officer. 9. The reason I wish to be vice commander within IC is because I wish to push and progress the battalion, as well as the reasons listed below: Improvement of myself: Vice Commander is an entirely new experience to me and will not only help me improve my leadership capabilities but also serve as a learning experience for me and allow me to push myself further with my abilities. Improvement of IC: I wish to help IC to continue growing and becoming a better battalion for everyone who has an expectation of an elite battalion that takes its standards and training seriously, I want to uphold those values and continue building the experience. Omega Squad: I want to uphold what my squad has built and come together for, securing the player experience that the squad offers. Becoming Fixer will allow me to support my squad further by proposing changes and updating documents to meet the dynamic squad needs. I feel that right now I am in the position to take my shot to improve IC, I was heavily inspired by my current Vice Commander Sev (Wes) who took the initiative to make the necessary changes to IC to push it further, and I feel that I can do the same for IC to make it the best experience on server. Finally to end this, there were so many people that helped me along that way, this includes command members as well as my friends and fellow IC members, they have assisted me in so many ways, because of this. Secondly it is also their duty to make the tough calls in the battalion for the sake of ensuring that the values of the battalion are upheld as well as enforcing the rules and regulations of the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I have a few things that make me trustworthy for the rank of Vice Commander. First: I am currently the Lead of Omega Squad, one of the most elite groups on the server with the highest standards of professionalism and performance. Second: I have been an officer a number of times in a few different battalions such as a Lieutenant in the Navy, A Captain in the Death Troopers, and a Captain in the Shock Troopers which shows that I can be trusted for high ranks within any battalion I also have achieved ranks in elite sub branches such as Gideon Hask in the Navy’s Inferno Squad and V07 in the Death trooper’s TI-23 Another reason I can be trusted to be a commander is, I believe I am very dedicated to IC. There is much that can be shown for this, and I think that how much I have done in IC is proof for that as well. From everything I have done and tried to accomplish within IC, would lead me to be trusted by IC Command as well as other officers - NCOs as well as the Enlisted.
