(150 Word Minimum) I believe i deserve this promotion as i have always been on staff when needed, always take sits and share sits. I am on very late sometimes, a lot in downtime hours where higher up staff are unavailable, and run into some extremely mingey players who are not there to rp. Not to mention i am highly active as a current staff of the month and been leading staff of the week the past few weeks. Being a senior moderator will help me stop those players who need banned in the later hours and gives time for the admin+ to act which is extremely helpful. I am regularly active in ts and on forums, and i believe i have been a moderator for a sufficient amount of time and have dealt with various situation. I have been complemented by some players on how fair and understanding i can be and usually am good at directing newer players into understanding objectives within the server. I would love to be and believe i deserve to be a senior moderator, to further progress my staffing in gaminglight to help provide increased support and guidance in the future time to come.

Any extra information: I just think its a very petty warn, especially considering i am staff as seen in her clip incorrect name and yes was joking about how the president put a kos on matilda but genuinely thought she was on CC let alone i was not even brough to a sit....

+ Support I think you would be a great addition to the staff team, the whole point of trial moderator is too see if you shine or not. Like everyone there are flaws that you need to remedy and put yourself in a more objective mindset. (150 Word Minimum) I believe i am suitable as i have a through understanding of the rules, have been a highly active member and want to continue to support the server in assisting staff to contain rebreaks in peak hours and in off-hours. I believe i am lenient where it needs to be and tough when i need to be. Additionally, i have had a lot of experience as i have been playing gmod for over 5 years and have a strong understanding of commands. I also already love to help new players out and continue to do so, it would be great to further assist other staff. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would freeze them and bring them on an admin area (rooftops) i would investigate the logs to ensure that the situation is a mass rdm, i would ask him to calm down, depending on what he is saying i would gag him, if he continues in chat i would mute him. I would then check his past history and then jail him for 300s and warn him, if a ban is required i would conduct an admin, especially if he continues after punishment. I would also ensure he knows what he is doing wrong and advise him to read the !MOTD

(150 words+): I want to join the event team because i have past experience in hosting events (was an event team manager) and enjoy differing the experience for players outside of the normal bounds of rp. I additionally want to help support current event staff and even collaborate to bring players very enjoyable experiences on the server. I like to do events with some base lore within them and incorporating players and criminals, some events may target government more. I also try my best to balance events on the counts of pd. Describe an event you could create (Be specific): Terrorism - Other Main Idea: Having the presidents daughter kidnapped by a group of terrorists holdout in a building (4 juggernauts (1000 hp) (1000) armor 1 hostage 1 terrorist leader (1000) (500)) Objective: Police will have 10 minutes to break into the building | another objective is to capture the terrorist leader | Repel the attack on pd Storyline: CRC Operative ARES has gather intelligence that the presidents daughters has been kidnapped, he will organize a meeting for the recollection of the presidents daughter (at pd meeting room) he will also advise police to capture local known terrorist leader who is believed to be with the terrorists and is the head and operation of the terrorist group. Police attending will hop into a bearcat and ares will drive them to the location. Police will attempt to resolve the situation but terrorists will escalate it, they will not kill the presidents daughter as they need her. Police will have 10 minutes to clear the building and rescue the presidents daughter and/or capture the terrorist head of the organization who conducted the kidnapping. If the terrorist leader is captured, police will attempt an interrogation to gain information about the organization. [150+ Words] I have always appreciated and admired some of the many officers who are able to create a very enjoyable and insightful experience other than just guarding PCP. From observing and attending multiple trainings and seeing very well put together commands/orders from a variety of scenarios and events, this has inspired me to also want to assist in incorporating more combat strategy into Purge. I have enjoyed my time as a Purge/IQ. Consistently involved with both of them, and when there is a lower number of one. Through encountering and observing officers I then knew that I wanted to apply, and I hope I can bring some different sims and other ideas to the table. In addition, this would be the first time being an officer and I am up for the challenge, as I thrive to make IQ/Purge enjoyable and interesting, thus hopefully boosting activity of Purge other than via recruitment. It worry's me you are a senior admin and have this such belief, extremely concerning to say the least. Nothing i did was or even qualifies to be racist you cannot say you may not be a racist or playing rap is considered racist. If you truly have these views and deem them appropriate 'with then N-word is still racism' , you basically deem an African American who plays SWRP, racist as he will receive a ban for having the N word non hard r in their vocabulary and accidentally or unknowingly slip up the word. The staff then would call him a racist and ban him, like hello is this the welcoming community you strive for. I can only explain it to you, not understand it for you. Your comments in discord were also worrisome. This was my first offence ever[shouldn't be a ban at all.] and it was harmless, you'd rather let people who MRDM a verbal then banning a someone for unknowingly playing a meme song with a couple non hard r n words that i again unknowingly did not even know a rule of no N word songs was even in place as its like my first two weeks in the server.
