    There is a reason it's only command that can transfer, and why it's a minimum 2 rank demotion to the transfer branch. Prior to the creation of these transfer rules, branch hopping was a common issue on the server. 

    Speaking of 2 rank demotions: this segment of the transfer rules are specifically suited to command, as a 2 rank demotion is far greater in scope in command than it is in enlisted. An E11 SM could transfer to Nu7 and only be demoted to SSGT, a *far* less impactful demotion than something like a Maintenance Manager transferring to Research and being demoted to a Research Supervisor. The former would take you 2-3 weeks to get back to your original rank, the latter would take 2 months at the minimum.

    If you're being burned out trying to get command, you're either pushing yourself far too hard or just burn out exceedingly easily. 

    Transferring is not a light transaction, certainly not light enough to be accessible to NCO's. Transferring should take effort. It should stay with command.

    It might be possible to do something where you’re still able to stack on each other while still having no collision while running past one another.  I know csgo has it but idk if it’s possible for GMOD.

    If something like this can be done, then +support, but if it can’t then -support as it does take away from some of the things you can do.  Who knows, maybe with the next map this won’t be nearly as much of a problem.

    Agreed.  HCMD have reached HCMD for a reason; they are *extremely* trusted members of the community.  They obviously have good reasons to remove someone if they do so.  If not, SA would say something as SA pay attention to that stuff already, so I find your suggestion unnecessary and redundant.  Also we have CoC for a reason, if something like what you said happened, it would be easy for the removed person in question to go a step higher and ask for them to look into it if they truly felt it was an abuse of power and unjustified.

    i’m skeptical on the nu7 grenades on that sr officer job as they do an insane amount of damage and two of them can wipe an entire ci raid.  then again, it issss an extremely limited job, so i don’t see it being nerfed because of it.

    I misunderstood what you mean, changing to +/-support as it would be hard to tell which donators on cc’s have actually been to armory to get a riot shield/longbow and who just claimed that, and it would be a pain to moderate, however it would be kinda cool to have if able to be implemented.

    HUUUGE -support the reason why they aren't allowed is because they are too strong for d class weapons.  consider that d class live in a literal prison, it would be unrealistic in a roleplay server for them to have military grade weapons and riot shields when at best they should have weapons from rust.  also we just changed d block for a reason, giving them powerful weapons would completely negate the change

    i believe one of the main intentions of this new d-block was to discourage d-class from just doing braindead rushes into gensec, the large space in the old d-block mostly encouraged this sort of rioting
    then again, i could be wrong, this is only what i have experienced when playing on d class

    it also promotes RP as now research can finally do their thing without immediately being gunned down, something the server desperately needed.  D Block is supposed to be a prison, and not easy to break out of.  If you strategize with your fellow d class, it’s still pretty simple to break out.

    Although your scenario questions and why you deserve the rank are alright some things make me neutral on your application.
    One thing that doesn't stick with me is that this is your only post on the forums and you joined pretty recently.
    However on the plus side I believe that you are active as you are a PVT in Nu7 and a SFC in Gensec.
