  1. Well then, my time has come. I know this is very unexpected & you might be surprised (If you're reading this.) To explain why I'm resigning I must list several factors & go into detail about it. Lack of motivation is a big one. I can remember my huge motivation to hop onto the job, greet everybody, and generally have a good day. But I don't feel that anymore, it suddenly died out. I cannot walk around & be happy on the job anymore. The expectations of getting command was great, but didn't last long. Sports & School also effect this. Right now, I'm in a stage to make the correct decisions & this is one. Sports is a top priority for me. It's a thing that makes me happy whenever I'm by-my-self, or with other people. And school is getting tougher everyday. I must crack down & focus on the main tasks. I cannot sit at a computer desk & play this. Especially, whenever lack of motivation & burnout affects me. Moving onto a little-story: The first time I joined this server I was wandering around as a Class-D. I remember trying to escape & join CI. It never happened, but felt exciting. I then decided to join Security. It felt fun, but generally got less & less fun as time went on. I felt that I was being under-looked & didn't receive the credit that I deserved. I decided to join another Branch, good ole' Research. Man, I remember getting trained by Keagan. I don't remember much, but I remember barely passing my test. After all the training stuff was done, I hopped onto the Junior Researcher job & started doing tests. I remember testing on the Item SCP's. I felt excited about doing my first test. I believe it went successful. After I climbed the ranks of Research, I got to "Lead Researcher." It felt strange going into that position. I can sort've do command things, but very little stuff. I remember just after the Research Meeting (I believe it was Glados) saying Command applications are opened. I hastily headed over to the forums, and submitted my application. I was one of the first people to submit the application. I remember logging onto the forums & seeing everybody else apply. I got scared sometimes if I didn't get accepted. But... In my heart, I knew I was getting accepted. The next meeting, I remember the names getting called out & then, I heard my name. I got excited & thanked everybody. After the entire walkthrough of command I said to my-self "I finally got here." It was a good journey, met good people & talked with good people, etc. It was a couple meetings after that, when I got promoted to Research Supervisor, I wasn't super motivated whenever I got this job, but felt glad about it. Couple weeks pass, I felt bored getting onto the job. As time went on, I started getting less on. It got frustrating seeing that my enlisted cannot test on SCP's due to D-Class rioting, or an SCP being out. Code Red constantly being initiated, etc. I don't want to waste time on this computer anymore. I thought being the most active Researcher member was good, but now, It's not. I shouldn't be implementing so much time into a game. Heck, my parents even got worried about my mental health because of this. I will be semi-active for now on, but not as active as I usually was. It's not good for you, or your health. I cannot compete in sports while being a fat slob, or not getting enough sleep. Here's thanks for everybody I've met during this journey: StarStep: I don't know you that well, Nore did we ever interact with each other, but over-all, a good person. Glados: You're a great person to be around. Somebody that really cares about Research. A person you'd want to be High Command. ,D: (Same As Glados.) Tomato: Out of all the High Command, you were the person I most talked too. A funny guy to be around & too talk to. Slurmp (AKA inactive : Didn't know you all that well, but good luck making it to High Command. MoonRose: A nice individual. Mitchell-Hugh: The king of training I suppose. I aspired to beat him in RRA ranking's, but I got burnt out & couldn't train anybody anymore. Light: I remember going to your mass-tests & thinking: "Wow, you have the worst luck at hosting mass-tests." But now, I think I have your curse. Eyelander: Don't have much to say, but good luck getting to Research Administrator. Ceese: Ah yes... "Ceese." Out of everybody here, YOU were the funniest person to be around. Bagel: Nothing much to say. But he's a GREAT Research member. Cyclone: Sorry to see you retire, I guess I'm in the club now. GamingGoat: Great ET member & Research member. . Snow: I remember seeing you as an Associate Researcher & Researcher. You and several other people at your rank doing tests together, and having a great ole' time. It's sad that a lot of these individuals have either left or just quit Research. Now, you're a command member & flew through the ranks of Research. Nydekore: Don't know you that well, but very polite & great Research member. Train-Over-Lord: Same as Nydekore. To all the Lead Researchers & Senior Researchers, never give up your hopes of getting command. If you think you deserve a spot, get the rank. It takes work (not too much) to get that rank. It's not handed to you, Nore thrown at you. It's given to you whenever you want it. To all the enlisted Researchers: Don't give up your hopes of getting promoted or possible making it to Lead Researcher or Senior Researcher. Do tests. Make logs. Be active. As a command member, that 1 test log, may make a difference. -This is Research Supervisor Olbap "Heading Out" I'll be on my maintenance or Medical job for now on. I'll be less active, but generally on the job. This was hard to write, but I must move on.
  2. I'm willing to join one. Respond to this post & I'll look into joining it.
  3. +Support Very Good Application + Very Dedicated Maintenance Member! It'd be a honor to see you as a HLPR Bot!
  4. 1. What’s your In-Game Name? Olbap 2. What’s your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:170161690 3. What is your Rank? MP/SCS 4. What’s your time on the Server? 8+ Weeks. 5. Total strikes you’ve ever received? 1 - This strike was due to me not being in the TeamSpeak. I have learned my lesson, and have been on the TeamSpeak whenever I got on the Containment Specialist job or Senior Maintenance Job. 6. How many warnings do you have on GL? 2 In-Total. These warns were from the PoliceRP server + they were months ago. 7. Who gave you permission to apply? ShinSpin 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you? I'm being completely honest - 10/10 9. Why do you believe you are fit for Mobile Mop Force (75+ words)? I'm really used to the server rules & how the mechanics work. I've shown mass dedication to the Maintenance branch & I would like to further my development into the branch. The Mobile Mop Force sounds really interesting & something I could get the hang off. I've already read the SOP & it's very clear to me. I'm clear of what I'm tasked with as a Mobile Mop Force & think I'm ready for the job. Me joining these sub-branches will further increase my love for Maintenance & the people within it. I will be active on both my Maintenance whitelist & my MMF whitelist. Other then that, this is the end of my application. 10. What is the main purpose of MMF? My main-task is disposing of on-site bio-hazardous SCP's. For example: SCP-049-2 SCP-008-1 SCP-035-1 SCP-610-1 11. What would be your preferred pseudonym (name) if you are accepted (must be a name of a cleaning product/brand)? Easy Off
  5. Your in game name: Olbap Your Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:170161690 The player's in game name: Baby Racoon The player's steam ID (required): STEAM_0:1:580796686 Date and Time This Incident Occurred: 9/3/21 (Can't recall the exact time.) What did the player do: Bought a Key-Pad cracker as SCP-066 & an AK-47 as 966. Evidence (required): What do you believe should happen to the player: Whatever the staff thinks is required. I cannot give an exact punishment. Any extra information: N/A
  6. I didn't know you all that well, but I wish you the best of luck!!!
  7. Final Grade: 70/100 Notes: The Test Log was Rather Short Didn't give enough detail Not enough back-ground research into SCP-999 Test is kind of bland __________________________________________________________ The test was an interesting idea. I think you should re-attempt the test & put more detail & Research into this. For better formatting & writing, use google documents. This will allow you to create a better looking test & give more visual into the test. Ending Note: This isn't intended to bash your test idea or anything of the sort. But rather encourage you into making better tests. I liked the idea & understand you're new to this.
  8. +Support This would be a great addition to Sarkic! Would love to see it!
  9. 1. What’s your Ingame Name? Olbap 2. What’s your SteamID (steamid.xyz if you need to get it)? STEAM_0:1:170161690 3. What is your Rank? MP/SCS 4. What’s your time on the Server? 7+ Weeks 5. Total strikes you’ve ever received? None. 6. How many warnings do you have on GL? 2 In-Total. Those were months ago on the PoliceRP server. 7. Who gave you permission to apply? Pills 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you? 10 9. Why do you think you’re fit for H.L.P.R. Bot Alpha (60+ words)? I can be a good fit for HLPR bot. I like the Maintenance branch & I would like to boost my confidence in the branch. I would love to help out other Maintenance with their stuff & improve their skills & abilities in the Maintenance branch. I love helping out new players, I would never disrespect anybody in the Maintenance branch what-so-ever. I have read over the Maintenance SOP countless times & I think I'm fit for HLPR Bot. 10. Chaos Insurgency is raiding and you see them breaching a Keter SCP (like SCP-035). What do you do? From my knowledge, I would just call them out in the site-coms. Hence, HLPR bots are non-combatants.
  10. Final Score: [95/100] Notes: This Test-Log was really immersing. It had good background & was very interesting to read. I saw no grammatical issues what-so-ever. The writing was amazing. I think you should re-attempt this & figure out more information.
  11. Test Score: [75/100] Notes: Personally, you should definitely make the test log longer. This adds more depth to the subject. Also Specify what SCP you're testing on too. And DEFINITELY use Google Documents if you can. Using this will give you more things to add to, give you more back-round, and several other things. One last thing: I would prefer if you'd type the back-round Research (instead of linking another test log.) What I liked about the test: It's an ok idea. I also like how you keep on testing on this SCP to find more things about it. Good Job! -RAS Olbap
  12. This Really Impressed me whenever I saw it! Great Job!

  14. Grade Score: [85/100] Pros: The Test was very descriptive. It was long & fun to read. I liked the background & color you used. It's a good idea. Cons: Minor Grammar issues. Not enough description on SCP-999. Keep Up the Work!

  19. In Game Name: Olbap Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:170161690 Squadron you are Applying for (Guardian, Engineer, Analyst): Analyst Current RP Ranks Held: RS. CI RnD IA. Maintenance Adept. If applying for Red Right Hand preferred O5 to guard: I'll be available to guard anybody. It wouldn't matter to me. If applying for Analyst please link notable test-logs here: How many Warns do you have? (With Screenshot Proof) Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: I think I'm ready for RRH, my last application essentially got denied & I thought to myself "I need to try harder!" Then, I started to achieve more goals in Research. I started to train more people, and so on. I'm putting hard work & dedication into the Research Branch, just so I could join RRH. I'm also very dedicated to whatever Branch I'm in. I'm currently a Lead Researcher & applying for command. I'm a person to get a long with. I've never disrespected anybody in no manner, nore have I shamed anybody in any Branch I'm in. I personally think I'll do good in the 05 Staff team. I follow the rules & I think the RRH is something I'll do great in & succeed at. Another thing I'll like to add, I'm a great RP'er, whatever scenario I'm in, I never breach character, whenever I interview SCP's, I always ask the questions seriously. Why should we accept you: I have high knowledge of the server. I've never been warned by any staff member on this server, and I follow all the rules. I've shown great dedication to the Research branch & I'll show the same dedication to the RRH branch. I'm not selfish, or a rude person. I come up with great test ideas & I'm very active. Most of the time spent on the server, is either on Research or RnD. I love branches like Research & RnD. It's just my type of thing. Something like the RRH is also something I'm interested in. I learn very quickly whenever I join a branch & understand everything very clearly. I always listen to my higher-ups & follow their commands, I never talk back to them, I always do what's ordered. Another thing: I come up with good test ideas, it doesn't matter if I'm in a mass-test in Research or thinking by-my-self, I always come up with good testing ideas. Every time I do complete these tests, they're always a success. I sometimes bring lower-ranking Researchers with me to spectate the test. I absolutely love helping out my lower-ranking members. I always help them whenever needed. Whenever I see somebody breaking a rule in Research or somebody random, I always stop them and tell them not do that. I'm also a very good trainer in Research. I train multiple people everyday on Research, I average at least 3+ trainings a day, usually more. Ending note: If I don't get accepted, I'll try harder next time - Olbap.
