I look out/assist lower ranking officers to see if they have any issues or questions I can answer. I’ve been training OFC’s before they even made it mandatory again. I was also a previous low command member before, so I understand the responsibility it comes with. I am on late at night and sometimes I see officers who are really mingy and most of the time there is no command on to demote them from the job. There is really nothing I can do but tell them to stop or not to do that. I can also see officers who play really late due to the time zone they’re in and I usually recommend them for a promotion to a command member. What are you suggesting? - I am suggesting that 076-2 should have a little more heath due to the new MTF branch and all the buffs that are being added in. I am available almost all the time, I’m always online in discord and respond right away to messages. I make sure OFC’s have ride-alongs.If they don’t have one I’ll just take them on a ride along with me and teach or answer any questions they might have. I like helping other lower ranks and just guiding them in general. I want to see them succeed in the department and just watch them go up the ranks. I've dealt with multiple issues/complaints and get each side of the story before doing anything. I took disciplinary action before on officers who have broken the SOP. I like to give second chances cause like everyone deserves a second chance. So I go to the research bunks asking if she was inside. (I entered as SCP-035) I entered the room which I did not know at the time that was their spawn. Someone asked me to leave and was saying it was spawn but there was no indication that it was like some text screen. So I didn’t believe what he was saying but I still left. Why do you think this warn was false: I completely disagree that I should have been warned for this. I was there to simply talk to a command member and didn’t know it was spawn .I just started playing this game mode and I personally think I should’ve gotten like a jail or a verbal. Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I feel that I should be promoted to LT as I’m ready for a bit more of a challenge and I think I could make a great low command member. I feel like I’m ready to push forward in PD providing all the help I can give out to anyone higher or lower than me. I am very active and feel that while other low command are offline I can keep control of PD members that are online. I’m usually on kinda late and see a lot of OFC’’s doing things that are against the SOP as a PD supervisor. I let them know the things they’re doing wrong but they don’t seem to listen and I can’t really do anything but just report it to command when they get online. I’ve been a SM for quite some time so I’d say I’m experienced and understand the SOP. I'm ready to support all the new officers that join and I want to see them progress as a PD supervisor.
