    - Department Diss, and Player Diss and Staff Diss ARE important because you need these individuals to continue on the server. Although I agree that Families are becoming a bigger role, they aren't NEEDED per say. 
    -Everyone has different levels of what is considered "dissing". For example, calling a family mingy may not be considered diss from the person that said it, but the family could interpret that as diss. Just adds more unneeded tension and an excuse to warn more people.

    now the reason i am -supporting is, there has to be some sort of "family diss" to have wars and to try to be the best etc, if someone crosses that line where its just to far a sit for player diss can be done and a warning issued i dont feel we need to be adding small details such as this to the MOTD as new players would just be reading a novel about rules of the server if every rule suggestion was added.

    i personally never ever want someone like you on the server, personally if you feel you can just fire out those type of jokes without thinking about others then i dont want you here. 
    maybe next time think about what others have been through and you may have a chance to stay in a good community

    now yes im +supporting this but it seems like an honest mistake, he couldve been on staff before hand and forgot to change his name back, i have done this in the past and they understood it was an honest mistake, i personally dont think he deserves a warn but defo a verbal

    Ok just adding my side as i viewed logs
    it looks like he did ARDM him in spawn but then the guy he ARDM'ed turned straight around and capped him with a Glock 18 in spawn 
    my opinion would be warn them both for the rule infractions or don't warn any of them

    now the reason I'm - supporting is you haven't really played the server lately and the best thing to do before applying for staff is to get some time on the server and get to know people, yes you have had 3 reports accepted but i can be pretty sure you have learnt from these, honestly just get some solid playtime under your belt and re apply and I would +support
