  1. + big plus support + online daily and active within those times + shows initiative while making sure what is going to be done is appropriate and some instances "approved" by Command. + many regularly done and properly recorded tryouts + understanding and respective of Chain of Command and does not have to be reminded to follow PTS or commands. + positive, humorous, and chill attitude + completes and surpasses the standard of NCOs and their responsibility of leading and being a role model for enlisted, not minging, performing tryouts, being active and showing his abilities within SF and his squadron. Goodluck, -SF FL SRV SV Seaman 1995
  2. - support - I was ranked under Nice for a little while but recently passed him (~ a week ago). Upon passing him and commanding and interacting both with and of NCOs and Enlisted at the time (and even now as an Officer) is something difficult. I feel like respect with Nice is something I have to fight for and isn't given unless actually "deserved" from him and not in a good way. Numerous times I've been challenged in terms of authority while being above in rank and had Nice chose to go of and do his own things as he "always does this" and says "it'll be okay" and "doesn't have to". - little to no tryouts which are not logged correctly - application could use more, especially more info based on SF personally and what will be provided there. + good intentions and wants to be involved *** More activity (not just being on but sims, tryouts etc.) and better listening will put u on the right track
  3. + SUPPORT + Had trained me when I first joined SF and to this day I remember his mix of being serious yet understanding and open + As a fellow member of Sentry, his rank of Centurion is impressive and shows dedication to what matters to him + Prioritizes members of SF and clearly means well for all + Clear no-BS communication and activities
  4. What is your name? Seaman 1995 What is your rank? Navigational Pilot (NP) How long have you been an NCO? 10 Days What rank are you applying for? Flight Lieutenant (FL) How many strikes do you have? 0 Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? I should be trusted with Officer because of the amount of time and energy I’ve invested into SF within such a short time frame. In terms of trust; I move towards benefiting and having the back of my fellow pilots and players in both in-character and out-of-characters instances all while prioritizing fun and respect. As a functioning member of Sentry, I understand the importance of Chain of Command and functioning as a unit. More so, being an Officer within Sentry already displays that I am trusted and working for any objectives, members and VIPs which means opening up and taking on more responsibilities is something I can easily learn and be able to manage. What can you do to assist command with this rank? I will assist command by performing and helping in basic yet important SF activities like doing tryouts (which I will do more of – I didn’t know we had to log ones where no one showed up and started doing them now), sims (which I have yet to learn how to do) and of course routine patrols and training. Within Sentry, safety and security of SHB and its contents and personnel are my priority so by training SF to be more ready on their feet rather than the air will serve useful to events where flying is not active and moments of high player count. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? Yes.
  5. + support -always rooting and helping out SF, both situational rp or with issues outside of rp regarding players and support -sense of humor always lightens up the mood yet can get into a serious character when needed -open and very inviting both to SF and others -active
  6. + Support - confident and positive - humorous yet serious - clear and distinct communication -important to note: MR PC has denied promotions in the past. this being said; he wouldnt take on a role he wouldnt be able to handle or not suited for him
