Building on planetside is an option however not having flatground and not knowing how much room u got when bringing the dup somewhere, can be an issue. Provided there is the space for it, an optimized box surely will help server flow. It also allows SIMs/trainings and the sort not to be done in RP areas and allows seclusion (SIMs wont have to be held in SHB anymore which can affect player traffic. A teleporter to them may be an optional addition, however that implementation might cause issues. I'd love to see this!

Few is an understatement. Lots of Red Flags within this application, ranging from grammar to inexperience to negligence.. Low effort applications = Low effort events

Well said here ^^ If you aren't going to put effort into an application to become a GM, I worry and wonder about the amount of effort/thought that will be going into events and sims.. On a more positive note, perhaps with that influx of effort you may be a great addition to the GM team as you are familiar with ULX and have a good offship event. Goodluck!
