I believe that this would be extremely helpful in boosting activity for Maintenance, FE, and CE. The off hour XP being more is also really good since it would give people and incentive to hop on and fix stuff since during off hours people mainly play D-Class and nothing gets fixed.

So upon seeing this suggestion, and seeing the video, the recoil is sketch as fuck, so we invited one of our better PVPers that we have in our branch @Smoll so the fist clip linked, is smoll shooting the MP7 on my head and you can see the recoil is very difficult to control, the second clip we attempted to recreate actual battle with a d class or some individual that doesn't wish to die, and you can clearly see the recoil is difficult and it is still rather hard to hit someone, and you may say "oh hes just bad" but this man is up there with kenzo and funkmaster when it comes to combat as d class ETC, but its still insane, the 3rd clip is smoll shooting me full body and fully controlled recoil and it doesn't even remotely match what clip was provided for the recoil.Me personally the MP7 has a good amount of recoil, I've have tried the gun and when your in combat and doing all the movement that people do during combat the recoil is a big handicap. While the Vector does only have 22 DMG and the MP7 has 30 DMG the Vector has little recoil. To me the DMG on the MP7 makes up for all the recoil it has to balance out the gun. I can see why you would want it nurfed since in the right hands the gun is a monster but the main purpose of TRT is to feed and fight SCPs not CI, the class that is supposed to counter CI is the behemoth class in it has 225 HP and 175 Armor which is a weak class to begin with. I think that instead of us just complaining and nurfing everything we should try and work together to create a balance between the branches because when one major branch starts to die then the server itself will start to hurt.

What are you suggesting? - Remove the 10K damage swep that SCP-035 has
How would this change better the server? - If the swep that 035 gets that lets him instantly kill people is extremely busted since 035 can already turn people into his minions. currently when people play 035 they camp corners to just one shot people, I understand its supposed to be a neck snap or something but 035 is a decaying corpse so in role play it shouldn't be able snap the neck of anyone so easily. Since 035 can already breach other SCP, turn anyone and the people he turns keep their equipment, and buy guns, having the one shot swep makes it a little too unfair.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - None besides people wont be able to one shot other players as 035

I feel that it would be helpful if E11 could go into D-Block to retrieve D-Class or return them. They could follow the same rule the Behemoths have, aren't allowed in D-Block unless grabbing a D-Class and must have their cuffs out the whole time are are prohibited from engaging into combat while in D-Block.

While it would it could benefit Security and Nu7 if E11 can go into D-Block to fight CI it would be unfair towards CI. Since Nu7 and Security can both enter to fight CI it would become too much if E11 could enter also, I feel that just having E11 being able to pin CI in D-Block by just sitting in the D-Block intersection is enough to counter them.

This may be difficult to regulate appropriately from a staff level, if we're going off the uncloaking method.
An easier solution would be to click where you hear noise, or simply look for the Level text above the individual's head when they make noise.
However, the general concept makes sense in a roleplay aspect, and I believe it should be implemented. -

That’s what I try to do but most the time D-Class don’t care about fear RP or getting in trouble so they do it anyway since they don’t see a consequence that really affects them.

Not just looking for a reason to kill them I actually believe it’s unfair for the researchers. I’ve seen multiple times a researcher come to d block and ask for a D-Class and they can’t get one because the D-Class are resisting arrest and it just ruins the experience for researchers since they can’t do a test. I understand why you think it’s just to kill them but I only suggested it to make it more fun for the researchers and sometimes MTF

What are you suggesting? - If D-class resist arrest by security or MTF then that D-Class is KOS
How would this change better the server? - I believe it’s unfair to researchers when they come into D-Block and ask for a D-Class but no one can get them because all the D-Class do is run around making it impossible to cuff them, I’ve been told you can fear RP them but most D-Class don’t care about that and don’t listen. If D-Class were KOS when they resist arrest then they won’t resist as much as they do now.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - the only disadvantage I see is that D-Class would be upset that they can’t try and annoy security or MTF by running away when trying to be cuffed.

The D-Class brute doesn't have the riot shield taken away like other classes do and D-Class aren't allowed to have it.

Sucks that it should go since it’s a good way to make money but too many people minge on it and it should go, or at least raise the level requirement to like 30 so it’s only people who have a good amount of time on the server have access to it and not new players

- The reasoning for wanting to join Nu-7 isn't a very good reason, Id like to see more then just "I want to roam around that's all". Didn't meet the 125 word minimum. Please put more effort into the application.
- Wrong Steam ID, to get the right Steam ID type rp_lookup {name} in Gmod Console.
If you would like to join Nu-7 you have to wait 1 week before re applying, you may still attend tryouts if you become the rank of CPL+ in Security or E-11.
