    I’ve seen people get worse punishments over stuff less severe then what was said in that chat. Even if he is just joking that’s still unacceptable and will be interpreted differently since it’s over text chat and not voice, also for the people saying you joke like that all the time with your friends, that’s different since you guys know each other and as far as we know that 912 doesn’t know thin so that 912 can interpret those as hostile threats since he doesn’t know thin is joking around.

    After watching the video from MazuzaM it clearly looks like you were breaching a flagged off SCP, even if you weren't breaching it like you said, which the excuse you made doesn't make much sense especially since you opened the window first then the CC and just left without even really taking the time to look if there was a manhole or not in there. This is also one of the things that staff have to deal with during off hours, since new players that have access to a job with a keycard like to open an SCP CC then hop on that SCP to breach (not all new players do that but its more common for newer players to do that). Lastly, T-Mods are still learning the ropes on being staff and mess up sometimes and even more experienced staff can mess up on commands sometimes so in my opinion there is nothing wrong with him returning himself instead of you especially since the only difference between returning himself or you is an '@' symbol.

    While I dislike the new HP/Armor values and lower weapon damage I believe we should give it some time and collect feedback to give SMT so balances could be worked out, just reverting back to how it was or just complaining about the new changes wont help much. Lets see how this plays out and give the feedback overtime to help the server settle down to a balanced state.

    - Support for removing it from Admin+ since those people worked hard for those ranks and should know better not to abuse their staff abilities. I also rarely see Admin+ abusing it off duty. You don't unlock the stun stick until reaching the rank of Admin or higher.

    + Support In my opinion there isn't much of a need for ET to have the stun stick off duty especially since they acquire it immediately once they get ET, I have also seen that the majority of people abusing the stun stick are ET members. I'm not saying this as a way to target ET and have nothing against them, if the stun stick truly is a genuine issue then removing it from off duty ET will cut down the amount of players that have access to it and should cut down on the amount of stun stick abuse.

  6. So to clear up confusion on what happened. Last night I had people telling me that 173 was teaming with D-Class so I decided to noclip over to his cell and spectate on what's happening. Once I arrived at the CC I watched 173 teleport through the wall right above the little door to his CC which was closed at the time. I proceeded to bring him back into his cell and said that I just saw him exploit through the door and team with D-Class, I was originally going to let him just flag off 173 and not receive a warn for exploiting and teaming but then he decided to argue back and lie to me after I witnessed him doing it so then I decided to give him a warn for the reasons stated above. He would of been left off with just a verbal but like I said, he decided to argue back and lie to me instead of acknowledging his mistake. To answer the question on if it was just a visual glitch, it was not. When I arrived at the CC I saw him teleport through the wall above the door at the same height it will be as if he was standing on someone's head, I also wanted to make sure I wasn't experiencing the glitch so I looked on the other side and saw around 4-5 D-Class standing in front of the door with one of them hacking it open. There were MTF on the other side of the door waiting for it to open and would of been shooting at the D-Class standing in front of the door if it was open. I would like to rap this up by just saying he would of been left off with just a verbal but he decided to argue and lie to me which resulted in him receiving a warn instead. Hope this clears up some confusion anyone has.

    HOWEVER I have personally had issues with this visual glitch where doors will be closed for me, but are actually opened, and a few times where even when a door was closed for everyone else I was able to go through it.

    but like I do not see this being very RP immersive in fact I think it would be kind of ridiculous to be shot at by a concussion rifle in a SCPRP server, again I aint tryna be that guy halo is a beloved game from myself but I struggle to see how this might fit into the server without ruining a few RP aspects. So like how are you guys planning on implementing this like HSU then NO OTHER class can have it or something else? 

    We aren't using any covenant weapons.

  8. Ok, I understand everyone's views on the matter and after discussing solutions with CI Gamma CMD we have came to an agreement. I have updated the post and at the bottom has all the changes we have done. Please keep this thread clean and only +/- supports with your explanation. Hope you are all satisfied with the changed made and we can keep this tread civil from now on.

    The reason the slots are increasing is because we are merging the Shadow and Apex jobs. Both jobs combined are 6 slots but now we are merging the two jobs making it 1 HSU job with 6 slots so the same amount of people can play on HSU, there isn't any change in how may HSU can be playing at once. HSU: Mark II is a second variant of HSU that will be hand selected and is only 2 slots making HSU slots equal to both D4 (6 regular & 2 Alpha (8 Slots) and E4 (6 Regular & 2 Trauma (8 Slots).

    Absolutely fuckin not. I've seen 7101-GL literally wipe raid parties of 10+ men before by itself. There is no reason at all for this class to be buffed as it already has 1000 HP, increased player movement, regeneration during combat, and on top of all that can teleport through walls and doors. Not to mention it can one to two shot any CI class. There is no reason for the buff, its strong enough.

    7101 used to be strong months ago but since then due to all the HP/Armor buffs each class has gotten and Weapon reworks, 7101 has become obsolete to a point that if the WL is given to people they say they don't want it and will never play on it.

    If 7101 dies they have to wait 15 min NLR, also the person has to hop off the job so someone else can get on it and the player population has to stay 75+ and 12+ CI combatants in order to respawn. If 7101 dies then its dead unless those requirements are met again.

    It's not an HSU buff, we're merging both of our fireteams into one job, Mark II is supposed to be a limited new job given to only a handful of people. Despite that E4 still gonna be in a better position in terms of Hp/Armor and arguably weapons depending on how the balancing is handled.

    Besides that, the Mark I HSU has a total of 450 Hp/Armor while CI heavy a BRONZE job is sitting at 275/200 which is still more, none of the HP/Armor buffs we're giving to our jobs outweigh CI in any way, so I'd recommend comparing jobs first and then commenting.

    Comparing Donator jobs alone Goliath is still weaker than CI Heavy, I don't want to bring up every possible comparision, but there's that.

    The blink swep has restrictions limiting it to how it can be used, all the rules are located in the Covert Agent SOP. one of the rules are they are unable to teleport great distances. regarding the cooldown, that is still subjected to change.

    7101 hp and regeneration max is to much yall get this for free and this aint fair for ci and d class 

    The reasoning the job is getting an increase in slots is because we are merging the two jobs, we are turning the shadow unit into a main HSU job that both apex and shadow will both use instead of having separate jobs and we are turning the apex job into a senior version of HSU that will be stronger then the original but also very limited to who will have access to it. Everyone that has the apex WL will have it removed and given the Mark I WL and will have to reacquired the Mark 2 WL through proving themselves worthy and being hand picked for it. 

    The buff for the HP and armor on some of the jobs are to help balance MTF since MTF not only has to fight CI but also SCPs and the constant rioting D-Class. Regarding 7101, in order to obtain 7101 you have to be hand picked by HCMD and in order to flag on the job there must be 75+ players on the server and 12+ CI combatants, once those requirements are met then 7101 must have an escort to go around the facility and if its a code Yellow/Blue then 7101 has to follow non-combatant rules of engagement meaning she can only attack if attacked first. At the moment 7101 is a very weak job considering Dolos can one shot it since 7101 doesn't have thermals and Dolos can kill while invisible, since 7101 is such a weak job no one wants to play it and is a dead job at them moment.
