Ohh no! It seems like Eem has been inactive for the past couple of months and is finally resigning to leave the spot for someone who will actually enjoy the server! How unfortunate! Dumb joke, let's move on, Yeah, I'm resigning, not gonna make it a long one, just gonna give you all the reason why. So, I've been on weekends-only activity since August. At first, it was because I was working and was usually too tired to even boot up my PC. Then, I realized that there is no way I could come back to being active on the server, I just stopped enjoying it. Whether it was the fact that I felt a little alienated from the other command members and security, overall, maybe it was because I started college and had (and still have) a lot of work to do. I have huge goals that I want to achieve and... can't do it while also shooting people on a gmod server, or doing anything on the server for that matter. So, well, that's the reason, just gonna mention the HCMD here, I feel like they deserve it Sixx- Has been an HOS for over a year now. He has done soo much good work and I hope that he continues to make GenSec's task as enjoyable as possible. Never give up, brotha, Mind- He's been a DHOS for as long as I can remember, so at least for over a year. You're awesome for many different reasons and I hope you get to HOS right after Sixx, you've been waiting for it for so long and have worked for it! Georgie- The biggest fuckin nerd on the planet I mean what the fuck man you got from LCMD to DHOS in like 3 months what is this Anyway, that's all, stay strong, people! Love you all. One last positive message: whatever goals you wanna achieve, you can, just make a run for it and don't look back.

This would be unbalanced as those 40 people online are mostly AFK players and SCPs could just run freely with barely any foundation staff on. -support, I'm sorry that your situation is as it is, but we can't allow SCPs to run freely, causing havoc

I think that every pro and con of this has already been said above, but from me it'll be a -Support This would create more problems to overcome than we already have. Obviously, metagaming is bad as it ruins fun, but if 8286's job could have a different name there would be no way of knowing if you do have to roll off or not. This would lead to 8286 being able to powergame or failrp without anyone noticing. There WOULD be 2 people of the same name, true. But remember that your NLR still counts after you die from 8286, meaning that 8286 would still be out there and could just take another shape before anyone even notices two look-alikes, and then the cycle repeats and potentially goes on forever. So, it's a fine idea, but too many problems that come with it.

I can admin to it, but I always try to compensate that with doing as much as I can whenever I hop onto the server. I always try making people as enthusiastic about killing D class and fulfilling their job responsibilities as possible. I do not give up and always try to do as much as I can throughout the time I'm online. Even when I do not actively engage in defending D block, I always try to help people in discord, add requested tags. As I am a part of almost every sub branch in security (except light weight) I always use those sub branches in order to contain D block better. I like order and am motivated to do anything to keep it within the branch. I promote people who deserve it, punish the cringe minges and follow the Chain of Command.
