+/- support Only thing I have to say at the moment is that he's actively trying to improve his time on staff as a response to the concerns about his activity, he's been on staff and I've briefly spoken with him on the server recently, he's trying to improve.

(Approximately): Started around May 2019, I was pretty mingy person back then, I got some warns and left the server, then came back around September 2020. I have around 5 weeks of playtime (got reset ingame a bit ago so it shows 1 week) Why do you want to join Nu-7? (125 word minimum): I want to join Nu7 because I've heard good things, interacted with its members, seen Nu7 in action, and decided that I would like to join. I have been in combat branches before, and still retain knowledge of containment procedures and tactics. I want to be able to assist in containing SCP's in addition to maintaining them as I am already doing. Being in an RP branch like maintenance often presents little opportunity for combat, even in MMF, as combat is not their first priority. I've seen most of the Nu7 jobs in action, and have seen how powerful they can be when used with skill and cohesion (also got some dope looking uniforms). Nu7 has an array of opportunities for fun and satisfying gameplay and RP, and I would like nothing more than to rise up the ranks in Nu7 and experience all it has to offer. If you've been in any other branches, list them and what your ranks are/were: Previously E11 CPL & Ranger, CI SFC, CI R&D SR, Briefly an Nu7 RCT, Medical RM, Research AR. Currently Maintenance Operations Supervisor & MMF Jan 1. Do you understand to get on at least every other day and keep yourself up to date with Nu-7? We don't treat it like a job here - but we do expect you to be notified and enjoying your time: Yes, I'm often on several times a week for hours at a time, I have plenty of time to devote to Nu7.

+support Pretty close to 55, could just forbid them from getting on the job until then. First utility to kill rookie, so they're good at combat. Pleasant to be around, competent, and a good fit for HLPR.

+support I was there when this happened and suggested Jarrad make a player report as there were no staff on (off hours), though Vektor didn't really do anything, he was just following 035 when he was turned, like he's required to do. -

(150 Word Minimum): I deserve to be a trial moderator because I have been a staff member before, and I've become even more so experienced and familiarized with the server and its members in the past months. I am still well versed in the rules and ulx commands required to be an effective member of the staff team. I have never had any formal warns given to me since my last brief time as a member of the staff team 4 months ago, nor did I receive any when I was staff.. I'd also like to say that a fair amount of players know who I am, and I have advanced to command in Maintenance, which I feel is a testament to my competence and loyalty to the server. I am often online at off hours when staff members are scarce, and I know I can fill that gap in support when I'm on the server. Overall, I know that I would be a competent, calm, and good fit for the staff team if this application were to be accepted. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First, I would ask that they stop cursing at me, or else they would be gagged/muted. If they continue, I would gag/mute them and then talk to the reporter to find their side of the story. After this, I would check combat logs in !blogs and use the evidence given to me there to come to a conclusion. Assuming the player is guilty of Mass RDM, I would warn them for Staff Diss and MRDM, then contact an Admin+ and give them the offender's SteamID to administer the 5 day ban. I would then return the reporter if they hadn't already been returned and close the sit.

-support I agree with th3, 3 months does seem quite rushed, and as he mentioned a permanent restriction is meant to be a very serious consequence. Also, you've done nothing to prove you have matured or changed, I haven't seen you on the server since your restriction and if you want to have a chance at this getting appealed in the future you need to reform your image on the server first, prove you can be trusted and have actually changed. After the sheer severity of your staff restriction, you need to do some serious work besides just saying you've changed if you ever want the restriction to be appealed, let alone get on the staff team again.

Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? Activity: I try my best to be active on maintenance, and I try to spend a few hours on the server at least 5 times a week, even more on weekends. I spend much of my time on maintenance jobs, most commonly MMF and my normal Senior Maintenance job. Familiarity: I pride myself on having memorized the layout of every zone, knowing every roll requirement, the SOP rules, and most importantly knowing my fellow maintenance. The best part of maintenance is working together, whether it be coming together to fix a CC, or chatting in TS. I love joining maintenance ops and talking with people, (Frank talking about hydraulic drills and SCP lore.) and love helping new members get situated in the branch. Leadership: I've been on the server for quite a while and over that time I've picked up a lot on how all different branches lead and know how to encourage and how to help. I know how to get someone to do a task, but not to boss them around. I'm always glad to help new members out, and I feel I'm responsible enough for this position. I know when someone steps out of line, and I can help set them back on track. Room for Improvement: I will say that I have one main shortcoming: Mainly my lack of many trainings. I try my best to be on trainer when there are trainees on, but it always seems as if I'm on at the wrong time, as I haven't encountered very many trainees. If I am accepted into command, I will diligently continue to try to train more actively. Despite this, training is not everything about being command and I believe I am still fit for the position despite this. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as a command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would first find the trainee, ask them to return to bunks with me, and warn them of the consequences. If they refuse, I would attempt to cuff them, if they resist, I would call an AOS on them. If they resisted and knowingly minged on trainee, I would put them on a one-week DNT for minging on trainee. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would tell them to cease the RDM and find something else to do in the meantime besides breaking the server rules. If they continue, I would strike them in conjunction with additional punishments if necessary as well as restraining them for the time being if they do not cease even after this. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would ask them over comms to come to bunks, if they do not comply within a reasonable time frame I will attempt to find and arrest them. If they resist I will call an AOS. When they are back at bunks by whichever method, I would tell them what rules they have broken and explain that they will be getting removed from the branch due to their actions and encourage them to be re-trained and look over the SOP more carefully.

+support MMF weapon change sounds like it'll spice things up, gonna have to try out the L85 in singleplayer soon. Separate trainee jobs was a long time coming, big + for that. And finally the Maintenance job is rid of the terrible M29 Satan.

What Sparkle said, even if he did exploit it, it would warrant a punishment as a player, not a staff member, as he did nothing to abuse staff powers. Besides that, the evidence is inconclusive and sparse. Also, @dark boi

-support Doesn't matter if it was just in a song, countless senior admins and even JMT+ have stated that SCP-RP has a zero tolerance policy for racism, even in a song. It doesn't matter if it's not in a racist context, just don't play a song with the n word in it, is it that hard?
